Terrible place! I ordered a bacon/egg/cheese croissant sandwich, which my daughter picked up at their drive-thru when she went to get her coffee. She brought back a sausage/egg/cheese croissant sandwich that they made instead of what I ordered . I wasnât angry, but I did call them to tell them of their mistake. The person I spoke with told me theyâd remake the sandwich, and then rudely hung up on me. I get it - public service jobs in the food industry are awful these days, so I did my best to not take it to heart. I went back to this restaurant and went through the drive-thru, and told them the personâs name who I spoke with, and that I was told that a new sandwich would be made for me. The woman on the speaker, who I eventually found out was the manager, was very difficult to understand; I pulled around to the window, and I gave them the receipt. They then asked where the sandwich was that was wrong; I told them that the person I spoke to did not tell me to bring the sandwich back (in fact, I fed it to my dogs because they didnât tell me to save - plus, I didnât think that restaurants were suppose to take food back because of COVID). When I told them the name of the person I spoke with, they said that that person only worked the midnight shift,â and that there was no way that I spoke to that person. They then had me pull around to the waiting area, and the manager came out & berated me about this whole mess, and told me they have cameras at their drive thru and how they get are always getting ripped off, and that they call the police when this happens. She then told me sheâd go ahead and make my sandwich anyway, and then went back inside. Ten seconds later, one of the other workers brought me the right sandwich and apologized for everything; I was more appreciative of her simply because of her kindness than I was at all with her manager. Just as I was leaving , the manager ran outside and stopped me, and berated me again about this situation, and again told me that theyâve called the police on people who have tried to rip them off. I told her Iâd just give her the sandwich back if the police were going to be involved because, at this point, it wasnât worth the BS I was being out through. She assured me that everything was fine, but I just couldnât understand why she came back out to tell me. All she would say is that the person I spoke to only works midnights, and that I couldnât have spoken with that person because by food was originally picked up hours after that person left for the day. I used to frequent this Dunkin under the previous management, and I never had this kind of problem. I understand that these are different and trying times weâre all up against, but this whole dramatic event was TOTALLY unnecessary. And, by the way, when I asked for my receipt back, she refused to give it to me, saying she was going to tack it to their âboard,â whatever that means. I wonât be going back here ever again,...

I think she was lying! I even told her I think youâre lying lol. I told her I thought you guys closed later and she said no we close at 8 on Fridays.. I looked at the Google page it says they close at 10! I told her that and she had already said that no itâs actually 8. So I want to know if itâs really 8 why arenât the hours updated or is this lazy people not wanting to work!? Just wanted to let management know. Upon pulling up to the window i paid and was told to pull up to await my order, i did just that. 12 minutes go by i grew impatient and went inside, to which i find out that my food was never made. Instead of the mishap being remedied the employees began to argue about my order. I asked for my money back since i didn't have time to wait any longer. When i asked for the corporate customer service number they replied "i dont know" so I proceeded to ask for the gms name and they refused to give me the name.
