This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved, i order 2 pizzas, buffalo wings and a pepsi. when my order was delivered i was given a sierra mist but since it was closing I didn't bother the delivery guy with it. I went to open my box of wings and they were bbq not buffalo. i called the store and diana the manager couldn't find my info and my addresswas saved under a different name, she said she couldn't change it but she would give me a free pizza and wings the next time I ordered to jist give her name and my address. today I called around 7:30pm and tried to redeem my pizza and wings, the manager said he couldn't give it to me because it wasn't my name under the address amd when I told him what diana had said about not being able to change it, he then said he couldn't give it to me because it wasnt her place to offer me thefree pizza, he said "do you want the wings or not?" and I told him yes, and the pepsi that I supposed to receive and he had the worst attitude he said will you pick it up and I told him I wanted it delivered, he laughed at me and said that I wouls be getting nothing and hung up on me. Read moreThis place is horrible. This is what they tried to give me tonite……this was AFTER ordering well done and after I spoke with the manager Lexi about my last visit which was also a train wreck. I check my pizza and see it’s like this so I ask them to put it back into the oven since it was clearly messed up, they hand it back to me after I have to wait longer for the oven like these pics show, before I leave the lot I picked up a piece and it’s like the photos. I go back in and show her.
She literally shrugged and said oh well nothing we can do about your pizza. Look at these pics and tell me this is something you would or could eat. Told her I’ve been eating at Papa Johns for over 30 years and I know exactly how it’s supposed to be and this isn’t it.
Last visit they waited till I showed up and told me 2/3 of my order was unavailable. Wth. As you can see I gave them several chances last visit and this one to make things right.
I said that to her if this is something you would eat she just looked at me and said I would eat it, well guess what now you can; give me a refund. I gave her several chances to offer to make a new pizza. She simply didn’t care.

Read moreI placed an online order through the app tonight and even called and spoke to the manager tonight 06/17/2025 and asked them to seal the pizza with their sticker because doordash was picking it up & they haven't been sealing their pizza boxes. The manager left me on hold for over 10 minutes and when I finally hung up due to the ridiculously long wait on hold, he canceled my order without telling me. At all. Then LIED and said "I tried to call you" when there was absolutely NO CALL at all in my call log from them. So all because I asked them to seal my pizza box with the sticker he left me on hold then canceled my order and I have been ordering from them for years, and if it wasn't me ordering my former fiance was ordering all of the time to the point where they knew who we were by name.
