Can I give zero stars?

They used to have a store on my college campus and I would stop there every morning before classes. So I was excited to find one located nearby, the closet one being 20 minutes away. So I added my last $10 to the app and drove 20 minutes. When I arrived I placed my order and was ready to pay. The cashier tells me they don't accept or use the app. I called customer service in hopes I could get a refund in time to go elsewhere before my lunch ended. The representative informs me she can only place a ticket and send an email. There was no expected time of getting a response. So I wasted my entire lunch hour & my last dollars to eat nothing for the rest of the day. No wonder the business is losing to companies like starbucks, dunkin donuts and even panera...

Great and fast service especially when you’re working or visiting someone here at CH. Coffee is comparable to the varieties found in 901 cafe in the basement level of the hospital. They also have this Vanilla Hazelnut creamer from Caribou that is out of this world if you love fu fu creamers. Chocolate croissant is absolute heaven. They are places to sit inside and outside entrance A where this is located next to the Red Garter...

Food: bland and tasteless. The "smoothie" was more like a slushy you'd buy from the gas station but more than double the price.

One bagel with protein and advocato and a "smoothie" is 13 dollars? Ok. And the food is bad? AND it took about 7 minutes with only 3 customers?

Yeah, that's a no from me, dawg.

But the lady was kind at the register. The only saving grace...
