BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in North Township

Double check your take out order! I decided to stop by to get two bowls for dinner little did I know it would be a big mistake. I ordered on the app and decided to go through the drive through to pick up my order since it was raining outside. Once I made it home and checked my order I had two totally different bowls. Ridiculous! So I had to jump back in the car in the middle of a thunderstorm drive all the way back to the restaurant just to get the bowls I originally ordered. Once I arrived at the restaurant I went inside because I was not going to risk another messed up order through the drive up. A team member approached me and asked if they could help I told them what had occurred and they stated one moment and took my order in the back. As I was waiting for them to return a man sitting down over heard me explain to the team member my order was wrong and stated that his was wrong as well and he thinks I got his order and he had mine. Well he was correct we both went through the drive up and our orders were switched. Once the manager made our order and brought it back to us he didn’t even try to apologize or anything. He passed both of our orders and stated to have a good day. Really do you not realize we both had to drive back up here to get our order remade. Oh I see this must happen all the time here. Well after reading the other google reviews it does. Now I understand just make sure to check and double check your orders because apparently the managers don’t care about...

Went there for the first time and was incredibly impressed with Bibibop! The food was phenomenal and absolutely full of flavour

The easiest way to describe it is a Pan-Asian Chipotle; you choose your base carb and then customize it with protein and a huge selection of veggies and toppings. The bowls are extremely customizable and are very big and filling. Price per person can be a little high, but there is plenty of food and the quality is off the charts.

The sweet potato noodles were excellent, and mixing the Korean BBQ and tofu was worth the upcharge. Also highly recommend the kimchi, so much I got extra in my bowl. The YumYum sauce was also worth getting on the bowl. Get the gochujang on the side though, it will overpower the other flavours.

Also worth noting that there is FREE miso soup available by the drinks. It is a delicious pallet cleanser and adds to the value of the meal. I may or may not have had 3 cups

Overall, was incredibly impressed with the quality of the food at Bibibop and I will definitely be back very soon. It can be a little pricey, but is worth the cost for a flavourful meal that is very different from the usual burgers and pizza...

Dine-in was great. Food is fantastic. But Delivery doesn't get delivered. Had ordered food for 8-10 people, ahead of time for delivery. Had to go into the restaurant to do so ( since I couldn't get anyone on phone, goes to voice mail with a mail box that is full) placed an order with Mercedes for delivery time for 12 noon. We'll 12:45 pm, house with people and NO food. Called and talked to some lady( not restaurant directly) was going to transfer to Munster location. Told her you can't talk to a person. Explained problem and she said she would leave message with manager to find out where my food was and would get back to me. Still waiting ! Ended up sending someone to restaurant. After 1 pm and they didn't even have a 12noon oder ready. They fixed up the order while waiting. I would of picked up the order if they didn't say they could deliver. Apparently they don't keep track of their orders otherwise they would of known they had one. How do you take big orders and forget them. That was a lot of money. Didn't even get any compensation for their mistake. Know now not to order any group orders...
