Review: I recently had the opportunity to visit KFC Muster Indiana, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I feel obliged to share my thoughts to help others make informed choices when it comes to dining out.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place left much to be undesired. The bathroom was nothing to write home about 🤮 filthy, and the floors appeared to have been neglected for quite some time. The lack of cleanliness is not only unappetizing but also raises concerns regarding hygiene standards. Moreover, the level of incompetence displayed by the staff was astounding. It was evident that they lacked proper training and experience in handling customer orders efficiently. This resulted in long wait times, confusion, and overall frustration for customers. Talking while serving people food is another thing to talk about🤮 spicing people's food with unrequested saliver😱 The most frustrating aspect of my visit was the manager's apparent lack of concern for customer satisfaction🙄, she needs more trading on customer satisfaction and a good conversation, Instead of addressing the issues and ensuring a smooth dining or takeout experience, the manager seemed disinterested, leaving customers waiting and unattended, this Lady giving attitude, and lack of attentiveness to customer needs is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.🧐 Considering these factors, I would strongly advise against ordering food from KFC 428 Ridge Road, Muster Indiana. It is clear that the management and staff are not upholding the standards one would expect from a reputable restaurant chain. If I had my chance not to give a star I WOULD GLADLY NOT GIVE COS THIS LOCATION SUCKS NOT EVEN A 1/2 👌review. Read moreI placed an order today at this KFC in Munster on Ridge Road. I just had a conversation with my coworkers stating they had problem with this particular KFC. I responded by saying I haven’t had any issues because I generally don’t eat KFC. I ordered wings the day before and they were great. I decided to order again and I was very disappointed. The wings came with absolutely no sauce as I requested and no gravy with the mash pops. I thought this is an easy fix and just a mistake. Walked food back in and spoke with Matthew. Matthew told me that the sauce was on the wings. I couldn’t believe he lied to my face. He said if they remake them they would come out the same. I explained to him that I had this wings the day before and they had sauce. I know the difference between sauce and no sauce. He looked me in my eyes and said again the wings have sauce. I decided not to go back and forth and requested a refund. Matthew proceeded to give me a refund with no issues. I’m most mad about the lying and lack there of from this particular location. It seems as they are short staffed like a lot of places but please take accountability. Read moreThis past Sunday I stopped in and placed an order and asked for my chicken to be cooked a certain way (a little more crispier). I was told sure we can do that and they asked how many more minutes did I want them to cook it. I told them and it was done perfectly. On yesterday I returned and asked the same thing and with no problem they also gave me exactly what I asked and paid for. So today I go to the SAME STORE and asked for my order to be cooked the same way. The person who took the order said ok let me check and comes back and says yes we can do that. I get to the window and right away my order is handed to me. I inquire if it was cooked like I asked cause that was too fast and the employee lied and says yes. I pull away from the window and check my order and it had not been done as I asked. I pull back around and question why I was lied to and was told we are under new management and can't do that anymore. So since yesterday they are under new management wow. If you can't do it the way I ask then tell me that before I pay my money and I can go somewhere else. Please inform your employees not to LIE...
