Little Green Apple — Local services in North Township

I visited the Little Green Apple store on Christmas Eve for the Pick-Up-In-Store item. All four people working at the checkout counter insisted that my item had yet to arrive, although I showed them a confirmation email stating that the item was available for pick-up on 12/22/2022. One employee explained they would call me if and when my item was available. When I asked if they could check the item's status, they refused to do so. Ten minutes after leaving the store, one of the Little Green Apple employees shared that they had tried to catch me and had found my item.

I have been a Hallmark rewards member since the late 1990s and have never received such poor customer service at a Hallmark store. I wonder if there was something behind their response to me. Therefore, I will not return to the Little Green Apple or recommend the store to anyone. Furthermore, I will not spend my money at a store where the employees are dismissive and don't have the decency to apologize when they have...

A little disappointed on this visit. Usually very friendly, and welcoming... not so much this visit. Lots of clutter toward in the area where you check out...guessing deliveries. I did get a couple questions answered. But there were so many holiday themed cards/items but not as wide of a selection on thinking of you, sympathy, just because type cards.
