I love the Hallmark store and shop there often. Today I gave it 1 star because of the clerks stern attitude up at the counter. An older gentleman came in which I would guess upper seventies or eighties and because he couldn't find or he didn't have the email for a coupon which I didn't receive myself either she just kept hammering at him "you!! have to have a coupon" "you have to have a coupon!" there was no compasion for him being an elderly gentleman trying to get his Granddaughters gifts and perhalps trying to spread his ss check to make ends meet. I've been in stores before where I left my coupon sitting at home and they picked one up and they scaned. Once again where was her compassion and kindness? All it takes is one drop of love to make this world go around and she had none...
   Read moreWhat a beautiful store, with the cards, novelties and other items so neatly displayed, everything was so clean and well organized. Not cramped and over crowded like some shops tend to be. This was my first time visiting this Hallmark location. The one closest to me in Homewood recently closed for good, and since I'm a card fanatic I needed a new card shop. I was so pleasantly surprised at the variety of items besides cards they sell. I spent an hour just walking around! Then they had an awesome customer appreciation sale on top of my coupons.
