Millo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in North Township

I have to now give 1 star instead of 5 stars. I ordered from Millo's many times; sometimes most orders came over $40....Because of their good food. One time I paid on a debit card & paid the rest with cash which I done sometimes. They always provided me with a receipt to sign & then I get my copy. That didn't happen this time. Delivery guy came to the door without no debit card receipt...Not the one to sign or neither my copy. Called them with delivery guy waiting to be paid in cash. She told me her copy printed but not mine. Well that's the one I'm supposed to sign! The delivery guy left after 10 minutes waiting to get paid. So to make it right I went in Millo's personally to pay the difference with the cash. Then the girl told me that the owner does not want me to order anymore or come back. After all the ordering I made...Sometimes 2 or 3 times in a month...This is how I get treated over a receipt I couldn't sign and not even received...

I always order delivery from this place, so I cant give a rating on atmosphere. However, their pizza HAS to be, hands down, the BEST pizza in East Chicago. The crust has a perfect texture, the sauce isnt too sweet or too tangy, its a perfect sauce that doesnt stand out too little or too much from the rest of the ingredients. Their jumbo fries are good too, they are sometimes soggy, but they still taste good. The pizza I order almost always comes with a 2 liter (i think its 2 liters) bottle of whatever soda you want: Squirt, 7up, Coke, RC, etc. Overall, the food is great. The delivery guy and I have almost become best friends at this point, because he's just so nice and easy to socially connect with. This pizza is always good for the most part ive been going here since leonardos in roxana closed down. So i say ive been a customer for3-4 years now.. but today had to have been the worst experience there ive had. First i ordered and when i got there they told me the oven or something was messed up and it be another 25 minutes so in all i waited a hour and 10 minutes. But everything was hot but they must have new pizza makers because the pizza was doughy and the dough was thin as paper and i ordered extra cheese and even with the toppings and regular cheese they put on it wasnt even thicker than the cardboard they put it on. If there was better pizza closer i probly wouldnt go again because of this experience i didnt even get a offer for a discount or a very sorry for the extra half hour...
