12/11/20. I placed an order for delivery, paid with a debit card and left the drivers tip on the card. About an hour later I called the store to see if everything went okay with the order (because it has been a while at this point and for some reason I never received an email order confirmation). I was told my order was out for delivery. I waited another half hour and called again, the woman I spoke to said they don’t know what happened to my order that maybe it was out for delivery maybe it wasn’t. I said okay and proceeded to wait giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then another half hour later (2 hours later total) I received a call saying I placed my order as carry out and not delivery. This was a lie because I wouldn’t have been able to leave a tip for my driver if that were the case. At this point I had people to feed and just said I would pick it up, because the people that work at this store weren’t worth arguing with. They told me they would remake my food so it was hot when I picked it up. It was never re made, all my food was barely warm almost cold when I got home, the food was never even eaten because it was sitting so long nobody wanted to eat it. And I was over charged for delivery that I never got. On top of this my receipt total is not the same as what I was charged on my bank statement. I called to inquire about our order 3 times after we placed it, to which I was informed I could receive a free soda for the trouble - how can I get a free soda if my order is already made and on it's way to my house?
After much frustration, the manager apologized and said she would credit my account for a free order the next time we called in, but we had to do so within 30 days. I called a week later and there is NO CREDIT!!! I ended up speaking to the Store Manager who had no idea what I was talking about and then said she would credit my account $15 and that I should speak to her directly when I called back. I got our order together.... called back.... and guess what.... no credit... I got passed to 3 different people on the phone before I could hear someone say "The credit is there just take her order....." I told the girl very nicely, "We are just gonna order from somewhere else." AND WE DID.

Read moreThis place is horrible!! If the workers aren't going to do their jobs they need to be replaced. Since when is it ok to close certain parts of the restaurant before the store actually close? How do you tell your customers that the delivery drive vehicle is out of commission? Which was a total lie to avoid delivering my order! You would think the a company that delivers food as a part of their business would reliable transportation. Order online then receive a call we shut wingstreet down for the night and it but your store isn't closed yet, (ordered between 1030 and 11 pm store closes at 12....and my business isn't more the 10 minutes away)so why are certain parts of the business before store closing time?
