I usually don't have any issues at this location but today was not a good one... I work with a young adult with Special Needs and we tried going through the drive thru and needed to place two orders. They informed us that they could only do one at a time. So we said that we were going to come in. I park, unlatch all the latches and harnesses for my client, put the ramp down on her van, and she gets out in her wheelchair. We both go up to the door and tried to open the door to Wendy's and it was locked at 7:44pm (and it was raining at this time). I saw someone inside and they said they were closed. My client then calls to tell them about the issue. They took our orders over the phone and we just needed to go back through the drive thru. They were very nice and gave us great service and food, after all the chaos. I don't know why this happened but I feel that it shouldn't happen. We have to do separate orders; she pays for her own and I pay for my own and my work reimburses me for my food. We went there last week and did not have this issue. I don't know what else to say or suggest but this just didn't feel...
Read moreI would never go to this location! The manager sees no problem with unprofessionalism! I have had one polite drive thru worker. In my adult life, I have absolutely never been called rude. I am very nice easy-going and this manager treated me like I was nothing and garbage. He should be ashamed of himself for not holding himself accountable. It was a simple misunderstanding, and he turned it into a rude and unprofessional encounter. Whether or not they said the total of the order, I did not hear. A simple explanation for why 10 nuggets and a small sprite is $10.00 would have worked! Talking under your breath, closing the window and talking about me, opening the window and telling me they said the total at the drive up, when all I heard was please come around. Then being rude about me questioning the total politely ! The manager stated he was a 30 year professional in this business. I never treat people the way I was treated. Talking under his breath, the employees laughing. I feel sorry for the customers and...
Read moreI have lived here 20 years. This Wendy's, I was always impressed with and bragged to many. The customer service and just on top if it. Lately, it seems ghetto. Ghetto meaning attitude. Tonight, the order taker, which was swamped with cars put a sign in the window saying move to the next window. So I passed the 1st window. She starts yelling at me and I said but u put the sign up. She screamecarouthethe window to have people back up. I said, why did u put the sign up? She said she was obligated to. But yet she still wants to help people at that window? Move to 2nd window. Tell the girl the story who did not Care. Seemed strung out on drugs and had very bad grammar or rather trashy talk with attitude. What has happened to this highly proclaimed Wendy's? With the hotels here, I'd think u would want to be highly upstanding. that usually only happens anymore when a certain manager works. It so makes me not want to live anywhere near this changing for...
