I do not usually eat at taco bell because it's junk food and expensive compared to most other fast food establishments within the same realm of quality or lack thereof. I stated that to say I had to be reeeeally craving them for me to partake. I drove up around 1am-ish and after ordering I pulled up to the window. I paid nearly $20 for 2 combo meals, received my drinks, got my bag of food, and as I do before I pull off from any drive-thru, I checked my food at the window. I ordered everything to be supreme plus I purchased onions for each taco. One of the tacos in my bag was plain and no onions. So I informed them of the issue. They were unwilling to replace or fix that taco. I felt ridiculous having a debate about what I paid for, what I received and why it should be fixed. They told me only part of my meal comes as supreme, but I stressed the fact that I specifically ordered EVERYTHING supreme. Ultimately, I chose to just leave after my wife said she'll just eat the plain one and wanted me to pull off. We arrived home 3 minutes later but wanted to sit in the car and eat our food while it was still hot/warm. As we began to eat, we both confirmed everything was cold. As I was eating my 1st taco, my wife asks if I had tasted my drink yet because hers was just seltzer water, to her surprise. I tasted my drink and it turned out to be the same. We ordered Sierra Mist btw. I was hugely disappointed and never again will I partake in Taco Bell from that...
Read moreI have always lived near a Taco Bell but never thought to try it as a kid because i always thought "that's not real mexican food" so I never tried it. As a grew older I didn't think like that anymore but still never went. After senior year of high school I went to Florida for college and soon after I started donating plasma with my roommate. On our way back to the campus from donating one night he said he was craving Taco Bell and we went to get some food. I didn't mind because I was hungry as well. I told him how I never ate there and asked what was good, to which he replied, "it's all good bro". I ordered a chalupa box and instantly feel in love with Taco Bell. The food is seasoned quite well in my opinion and the prices always seem like a steal. Only thing I would hold against them is the fact that good items will be removed off the menu a lot. It is always something good to eat in early morning/late night cravings as well. It holds a nostalgia for me as well of times when I would hang out with my friends and just talk about life. Good times. I would recommend you at least try the food once because after that you'll be hooked. Also Mountain Dew Baja Blast is the best thing ever. Stay Chunky my...
Read moreThe Taco Bell franchise has good food don't get me wrong, but the service here at this place is THE WORST! They forgot to give me my credit card once when I thought they gave it to me with my receipt while I was driving to Michigan on a Sunday and had to turn around half way there and come back. They messed up an order of mine 3 DIFFERENT TIMES when I specifically ordered 1 thing and pointed to it on the menu and still got the completely wrong thing all 3 times! I asked to talk to the manager and i asked the manager if there was somthing they could do for me and she said there wasn't anything she could do for me, but she finally said she would get me a free meal and took down all of my information and then I come back about a week later and they had no recollection of me or a free meal for anyone. And just now I asked for a steak burrito, even says steak on my receipt, and I got beef. And the wait time is unbearable! If you are the only person in the drive, prepare to wait 20 minutes for your food. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the food. If TACO Bell didn't have good food and recipes then I would deffinitly not be coming back, I eat here all...
