McDonald's — Restaurant in North Vernon

Made an order at McDonald's in Madison. 20 min away. Got to where I was going, pull my sandwich out and there was no chicken patty, just cheese, bacon, mayo, and bun. Drive down the street to this McDonald's (north nervon) to get a replacement and the manager tells me that the replacement has to be from the location I got it from. Are you serious???? McDonald's is McDonald's. Shouldn't matter its all the same thing. He was absolutely horrible to talk to so I walked out to keep from exploding on him. He is rude. Sorry you're so miserable in your personal life and that you're working at McDonald's. Won't be wasting my money with this chain again. This is not BC I've worked there it is BC it's the truth. For one I had just moved out here about 5 years ago I'm never been to town until I moved out here. From the very first time I've ever walked into this McDonald's in North Vernon I've always noticed it was a truly dirty store but I didn't know then why. But I did find out why when I started working there. Let's just put it this way if you can walk in to McDonald's restaurant at any given time during the day night any title daylight and the lobbies dirty the drink stations dirty trash this build and bathrooms are dirty imagine what the grill area looks like. I went in to McDonald’s today with my family and I walked in my kid had to use the restroom there was ketchup all over the walls. We told him employee about it they said sounds like a you problem. Then we went to order they were being a room seen that they’re out of everything and they won’t even that busy my son wanted a McFlurry and she just stood there and said it’s not working but we could see that an employee in the back was Making one.
