I placed an order online for delivery and the restaurant sourced it to Doordash to deliver to me. When the order arrived it was wrong, it was 2 footlong meat subs and I ordered a footlong veggie and cookie. I called the Subway and the girls refused to get Doordash to deliver me the right order or refund me. They said I had to come to the store and do in store pickup to get my sandwich. If driving to the store was an option, why would I have paid double for delivery in the first place? I tried contacting Doordash but they said since it was done on behalf of the restaurant the payment went directly to the merchant and not them, so they couldn't refund me and advised me to have Subway refund me, but the ladies working would not help me at all and just kept repeating for me to drive there and pick up the sandwich and that it was my fault the driver delivered the wrong order. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn't one. I never got my sandwich and couldn't eat the wrong subs that were delivered due to being allergic to the ingredients in them. The bread looked very old and not fresh (see picture), the bread was crispy like a chips (my first time eating such a bread in a subway). I understand everyone makes mistakes, so I called the store and politely asked them if they could replace. The person who answered the phone was very rude, I clearly told them I don’t need a refund I just need a sub to eat, I told them I will bring it back and if they could make it fresh. She was so stubborn and said no way she can make it. She also mentioned that since you used coupon this is the quality you get (really ???? Drove all the way back after finding that sandwiches was wrong. Manager was arguing with me and did not even gave me my money back or did not made a right sandwiches that I was requested!
