A couple of weeks ago I went to Taco Bell for lunch during break while I was at work, the drive through line didn’t start that long but it took no exaggeration 10 mins at least for each customer to get their food so it ended up taking a lot of time and wasted half my lunch.
Today I decided to go back ( I wish I didn’t ) since drive thru took so long last time I used the Taco Bell app to pick up in store so I wouldn’t waste half my lunch in a drive through line, they advertised quick pick up. This was the worst mistake ever. I ordered the food well before my lunch started, by the time I drove to Taco Bell it said it was still being prepared even though I put the order in 25mins before, so I sat in the parking lot watching multiple cars go to the drive thru, order their food and get their food and drive off. The app finally said my food is ready, so I walk in and the pickup shelf has no food on it… it’s not ready…. There isn’t a single customer inside the place and every worker there was avoiding me on purpose, when I finally get someone’s attention I explain my app says the food is ready but it’s not here and with attitude she told me the food is getting ready. I finally get my food!! I get back to my car and check things over and of course they forgot the avocado sauce you have to pay for (I’ve been here three times now and they’ve forgotten the sauce every single time) I go back in, I have to yell into the void to get someone’s attention to get my sauce. It took 45 mins to get my food from a “fast food” place, I deleted the Taco Bell app from my phone and will never ever eat at this place again. Read moreWe have going to this place cuple times for lunch and workers are nice in this shift. However dinner shift have so much to learn of how to deal with Customer. We waited 45min. for our order and it never arrived. I went asked for the order twice until they gave us a order incomplete. Ask for refund and manager said we will get the refund thru the application. I nicely said Honey the order was incomplete. She was so rude telling don't call me honey. First he did not have a name tag. I said I am really upset and I rather call you honey than curse up. My husband got so mad because she wasn't trying to fix what they did. She explained they gave our order to another customers twice because a new worker in training. My husband threw a gift card in the counter and said then refunded the money in here. She got upset and told her do not disrespect me I am a human been and I am not doing anything for you so leave my store. Really?? She couldn't understand a frustrated customer and she is a manager!!. Wrong job HONEY. Hopefully this location get better at...
Read moreThe reason I'm giving 3 stars to this Taco location is not on food taste or price. But to the staff people.
First, they are not polite specially when you are placing order from drive way. They don't speak properly then definitely needs grooming in how to take order.
Second, in last 2 months we go there atleast twice in a week because it is little close to our house. So out of all those visits 80% times they have messed up our order. Either by not giving us the item or by changing the ingredient to beef in place of beans (Yes, I'm vegetarian).
And both the above points are not that difficult to correct and work on but I think they have no model of listening to complaints even if you place one. So good luck guys while ordering from here and make sure to check your order...
