Crumbl — Restaurant in Northfield Township

I ordered cookies and they were to be ready at 4 pm at the Northbrook location. Upon arrival I witnessed 3 employees basically fouling around and numerous customers in the store. As I waited patiently, st the Pick-up counter another customer arrived and stood behind me. A mom and a group of young teen girls were over at the ordering wall where the kiosks were. After roughly 5 minutes, all of them became frustrated as they tried to order and the kiosks didn’t seem to be working. There was a young employee that wasn’t watching them and the mother says “let’s go over there to the order counter and try that kiosk.” The young girl employee says “oh, those aren’t working”. This was after the mom and girls tried for 5 minutes. No employee asks me who was I picking up for etc instead a tall young male employee looked at the girl right behind me and asks who is she picking up for? She states the name and he begins to box a large box of cookies. After she receives her order he then says to me “who are you picking up for?” By then I’ve been in the store for over 10-12 minutes and still haven’t received my pre-ordered cookies! It is no wonder Crumbl Cookies is in trouble! Poor management of a great product. Hiring teens that need to be micro-managed and to provide even the average of customer experience...

First time I go to a crumble, my friends kids like these "mini pies" or tartlets, I had some unfilled expectations. I liked the fact that everything looks very clean and that you can see how it's prepared, and that they are freshly done. The employees are very polite fast and smiley. Unfortunately I didn't like the food, The dough tastes good but I don't like the fact that there's only at the bottom, nothing on the sides, so you can't really take it out and bite the pastry, Basically you're eating just the toppings cuz the crust is hard to reach and hard to break with the disposable cutlery. I tasted oreo, French velvet, pumpkin and key lime first 2 were too sweet for my taste, nothing special about them. pumpkin was the most edible, I would've love key lime but it tasted like bottled limes or lime in powder not fresh lime juice in it......

When you walk in, the smell is intoxicatingly delicious. Like a mix of fresh baked cookies and vanilla.

This location is very well staffed and super accessible in the evening. We stopped in at 7 PM and we were the only ones in line which was amazing after seeing lines out the door last week.

Ok so we ordered 1 cookie to share (the s'mores cookie) and that took some self control. They packaged it in a really cute pink box. Yay

We brought the cookie to our car to eat. This was the thickest, and most dense cookie I have had the pleasure of eating.

It was warm gooey buttery, everything you look for in a mouthwatering indulgent cookie. We devoured the thing.

The only thing missing was milk and they actually sell it, on site haha. All in all, if you have a sweet tooth, you will not be...
