We have been here more than a couple times. Itās never been great. 2/3 of their dining room was closed. Which I can respect if you donāt have the staff. (Thatās better than over seating) the waiter checked on us and gave refills but seems like he didnāt really care about the mess of issues we had. They brought out 1 of our orders more than 20 mins before the other orders. Saying the other 2 would be out soon. I reminded him we had an appetizer which they forgot about. It came out 15 mins later. Then he let us know the kitchen screwed up our wings and they were being remade. Which took another 10 mins. When they brought them out they didnāt bring the order of fries we ordered so they had to go make those. When my wings came out 1/2 were room temp at best, the other half were hot. They did take the wings back and remove them from the bill as I didnāt want to wait another 30+ mins for new ones. But I ended up not getting to eat because of that. It was laughable how bad it was. The server gave us a āsorry. They were busy tonightā but thatās about all. If it was 1 or even 2 things not a big deal, but they screwed up pretty much every step of the way. (Waiter wasnāt terrible, Iām sure he was just over dealing with the kitchens mistakes). Like I said every time weāve gone itās been not great, but is the closest BWW. Today I went In for lunch with my mom and apparently a manager there lost her phone somewhere in the establishment. So as were eating our lunch a manager comes and asks us if we've seen it and we said sorry no we had not. She said okay no problem. 5 minutes later another manager named Kyle came to our table asking again about the phone saying we were the last ones in the washroom where she "thinks" she left this phone. And he stands there accusing us of taking it without actually saying you took it. He wouldn't leave the table so we could enjoy our lunch. He stood there and waited as if magic was about to happen and we all of a sudden had this missing phone. Then 5-10 mins later a police officer came into the building, so at this point I'm already irate and just want to finish eating and go. Then the police officer comes to the table and asks us about this phone and says he sorry and he'll leave it at that and get out of our hair. Because clearly we did not have this phone. I offered them to look in our bags because we didn't take this phone. I've never been so insulted in my whole life. If I ever do decide to go back I know to not use the restroom so I can no longer be accused of stealing someone's, phone or anything for...

I don't blame the new guy for not knowing how to write up the order, but we thought we were getting basket of fries and instead got this measly micro sized side of fries. I asked if they could do better than that and he said, "Sure no problem, it'll take two minutes in the kitchen." At no point did he mention they were charging me $5 for an extra small side of fries until he had the order already sent to the kitchen. A basket would of been cheaper than getting this additional side!
I used to work at the Best Buy in the same plaza and ate here all the time. Food and service was always decent for eat in or pick up. I don't know when they decided to stop taking care of the customer, but it happened.
I have to say I find it pathetic that even after the manager understood the situation he didn't offer any other solution like pay the difference for the basket I thought I was getting, let alone give me the stupid small side fries and move on. Now I'm hangery and feel like an idiot for spending $30 plus tip on a crappy pick up experience. I'm not sure if I'll ever be returning. I could get much better service for this price, and I'm sure they'll include the ranch dip I paid for too.
