Incompetent management. This place is always understaffed and orders come out an hour late (no exaggeration). On Halloween orders were coming out 1.5 to 2 hours after they were ordered. I cancelled mine after an hour wait at the store. Staff at Domino's looked overwhelmed and severely understaffed. Went to Little Caesars instead and saw a small army of staff in a factory-like setup with just enough pizzas coming out for the orders coming in. Still, I chalked that up to a bad night, and decided to give Domino's another chance. My kids asked for Domino's tonight (Sunday night) I saw a single employee handling calls, taking in-store orders, making the orders and handling customer complaints. This guy was a saint (wish I caught his name) but he couldn't keep up and orders were again late by about an hour. One customer was screaming at him while he was trying to run the whole store. Nobody should be hung out to dry like that. The owner/manager should have been there with him. The cherry on top is the sign that says "please don't feed the staff" which is supposed to be a joke, but it's so dumb and belittling to staff who work there. Read moreUsually, they are timely and polite with their deliveries despite the pizza sometimes looking and/or not tasting good. But there are days where the delivery time goes from a mere 20 minutes to nearly an hour. It's frustrating beyond belief, especially if you have to go ahead and call the place up to inquire about the pizza you spent your hard earned cash on. Granted, I didn't have to order a pizza in general but my point still stands. The person who delivered my previous pizza (aka the one from today) was apparently a new recruit Okay, I can understand that. I really can. But it seemed like this person either didn't have prior experience with delivering (which isn't bad) or wasn't trained properly. Both of which I won't blame him for. I understand how it is to work in a food setting where getting people's food to them within a short amount of time is encouraged. Really, I do. But this shouldn't even happen that often. I get that it happens if it's during rush hour, but when it's in the middle of the day where traffic isn't typically busy/backed up, I don't anticipate for it to take 45-55 minutes to get a pizza to my house. I ordered for delivery after waiting for an Hour and half I called and an extremely rude man (SAM) answered the phone I explained that I ordered and have been waiting over an hour and half and he said we are busy and we are calling people to tell them we are canceling orders. I got confused and said why would you do that? he said because we are busy, I said well I get your busy but I have to call and you when I do you just tell me (Rudely) you’re canceling my order? Then (SAM) says well if you don’t like it come here and do it yourself ???!!!!! Are you kidding me ? That is how you treat a customer. This place has terrible reviews and I can understand why.
