Guy that works on the weekends is the RUDEST store associate I’ve ever encountered in my entire life!!!!! I’ve visited this location a dozen times over the last two months and never had an issue with anyone until this past Saturday. It’s a drive up window and I always ask for the same drink with flavoring. There was an instant disconnect because he kept offering me things I didn’t want, so I explained to him that I always get this particular drink,(in fact, a store associate recommended it. I lived it and started requesting it since). I pulled to his window and he still seemed confused. He accused me of being upset but I wasn’t. I was actually more perplexed about his lack of customer service than anything else. I left after I received my drink and then looked to call customer service which was closed. I came back today hoping that he wasn’t there. He had a line of cars waiting when I arrived due to him mostly working alone. When I heard him on the speaker, I kept my drink order simple and proceeded forward. He knew who I was apparently because he began rambling about the flavor I wanted being discontinued (that’s all he should have said yesterday), but I didn’t want anything but to get my drink and go. I pulled off and I heard him yell something to me as I pulled off. I came back and this time went inside the store. I had enough! All I wanted to know was if this location was a corporate or franchise because my objective was to contact management first thing in the morning. He kept me waiting for almost five minutes in the lobby and went I asked what type of store this was he said he didn’t know. I tried to explain to him how rude and unprofessional he was being to me and instead of listening and apologizing, we began go back and forth. I asked him if he had an issue with black ppl, which he immediately took offense to and threatened to call the cops. He became more and more rude and unprofessional and continued to make sarcastic comments to me. I asked him to remake my drink but he was taking too long and fumbled with a phone. He called his manager “Amy” whom I wanted to speak to put he yelled and said I could only talk to her when she was in the store. This is the worst display of customer service ever, and he eventually accused me of threatening him simply because I asked if he had a problem with me. Last I checked, calling someone racist is not a threat, he is also a person of color so it didn’t make since. Ultimately, because of his rude behavior, he ran out to the parking lot while cars were still in line waiting for him to serve them, to get a picture of my car. Read moreReview update: Decided to stop by here again to try out one of the new drinks they came out with, “Peach Passion Fruit Refresher”. The drive through was rather slow once again. Once I got up there I asked for a water with extra ice. She then told me my total was $2.20, I handed her a gift card and she rudely replied with, “you don’t have cash”. I let her know I wanted to use the gift card first before paying the rest off. She then told me after the gift card my new total was “$2.87”, when I asked why it had gone up she replied with “you wanted a water”. Once I drove off I realized they also messed up my order and gave me the strawberry refresher which has absolutely no taste and is rather boring. This was overall one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too and will not be returning.

Read moreI’ve stopped a few times at this location since it’s close to where I work. I usually go through the drive thru, every time I’ve had to wait a few minutes and I would have to say something before anyone acknowledges there is a customer waiting and when they do finally acknowledge you it’s with an attitude. I’ve ordered iced coffee with specific simple instructions cream, sugar and 5 shots of mocha swirl. Each time they cannot get it right there is never a drop of mocha in my coffee. The first time I drive around and went back in the store to complain, the guy just took my cup and dumped done if the coffee and pumped mocha in the cup and handed it back to me without a single word said. The last time I ordered the same coffee same thing no mocha in it. I just drove away and swore that I will write a review how horrible this place is and never return to this awful location.
