The husband and I come to the Chicagoland area quite a bit for work, this dunkin is super close to the hotel we stay at so it made it super easy to get our coffee EVERY morning. That's a lot of money, actually, it's around 350 a month to be exact 💯 and I don't mind spending said money if the quality is what Dunkin' promises. This location has messed up more of my drinks than making them correctly! I believe there are only 1 or maybe 2 employees that know what they're doing back there! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go on the weekends unless you want to watch them remake your $7 drink for 45 minutes... every weekend the drinks are 10x worse than the weekdays. The service is normal nothing spectacular by any means but it's a dunkin' I require 5-star service at the window, we barely talk, and they take my money and hand me a terrible drink! I will say that Mondays seem to be a pretty good day for coffee making at this location because my drinks are top-notch almost every Monday. Save yourself the head and drive to any other Dunkin to ensure you get a quality drink every time!! I've had so many terrible drinks I've poured down the drain without complaining to this location or asking for a new drink. We we all know what happens when we dislike our food or drinks that are being made by someone we CAN'T see... yuck 🤮 Super unfortunate but also a blessing because now I'm done with Dunkin completely as they all have trouble making these drinks of great quality! Read moreThis post is based off of an experience with one employee. The rest of the time I have recieved a 5 star experience. Today I placed the same order I've placed three times this week. The woman on drive through persisted to tell me that my drink order couldn't be made and that I would recieved additional charges for my food that I had never recieved before I had placed this identical order the past two days at this location and at one other. After about 30 seconds into my order the customer behind me started laying on their horn so I could not hear and began screaming and cursing at me. They then serviced her first and I sat and waited at least 5 times as long as I had ever waited, while staring at the projected price (for nearly twice what I should have paid). I was never even greeted, nor given the opportunity to pay anything all this entire time. after this terrible service and knowing I can just have people drive around me and cut in line is a definate reason not to return here. Read moreI had the misfortune to walk into Dunkin Doughnuts today to a lady screaming at a manager about how messed up her sandwich was. Apparently, someone in the drive through had taken her order wrong. Then, an associate walked up to the counter and started yelling at the customer, creating an extremely awkward atmosphere. After finally ordering and recieving my food and drink, I sat down to unwrap my sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Sadly, instead of a "croissant" all I saw inside the wrapper was a deflated, wrinkly pancake. Furthermore, the entire sausage patty tasted very strongly of cloves, completely masking any other tastes that might have been present in the sandwich. Finally, my French Vanilla coffee tasted suspiciously similar to drain cleaner. To conclude, I doubt I will ever eat at another Dunkin Doughnuts, and strongly suggest that any readers skip the franchise...
