Office Depot — Local services in Northfield Township

I went to Office Depot at lunch today to purchase a 256GB micro SD card. I was surprised to discover they're asking $149.99 for them. I told the employee I can buy them on Amazon for $40 so it's just too big of a difference for me to accept their price. The employee responded with, "Best Buy has them for $100 more than us so you should just buy this one." The logic in this statement is so flawed, I didn't even bother to respond. Now that I'm back in my office, I see Best Buy on Willow has the same card for $69.99; a far cry from the $249 alleged by the Office Depot employee. Walmart has them for $49.99. Looks like I don't need to shop Office...

I came here around 5:00 pm on Saturday planning to buy a desk, but when I asked the worker there to test it, he rolled his eyes and was just plain rude. Once I tested it, I asked him about how much delivery costs, and he said it was a lot of work to look that up and we can do it at check out… then I told him I wanted to think about it for a few minutes and he proceeded to disappear. When I decided I did want to buy it, I looked for him (or anyone) for like 10 minutes before finally just deciding to leave and spend my money elsewhere since they clearly didn’t value my $500 purchase. Terrible terrible...

Not surprised that business is struggling for Office Depot after my visit today. The manager at the photo kiosk was so rude to me and my father - belittling him, making him feel stupid, and rolling his eyes at us! All because my dad bothered to ask where we can check out. I decided not to, because I don’t have to pay to receive poor customer service, bad attitude/demeanor, and bad prices!
