Liquid Fusion Deerfield — Restaurant in Northfield Township

I ordered a coconut bubble tea, my usual order at all bubble tea places. I never knew how badly a restaurant could mess up a flavor until today. The coconut flavor tasted like someone left an empty burnt coconut shell in some water overnight, and then blended that water with some milk and sugar. I took one sip and felt sick from how artificial the flavoring was. Price for a large was around $8 after tax which is extremely pricy for the quality you get. I always tip regardless of customer service, which was also mediocre. If you don’t like the flavor you choose, even if the flavor tastes nothing like what is advertised, don’t expect to get a new drink. Never wasted $10 so quickly in my life, the whole drink went in the garbage before walking out the door. Tried this location this past January after roaming around Northbrook Court and just as good as any LF location I've been to.

I apologize in advance that really the only thing I've ever had at any Liquid Fusion location for the most part is bubble tea.

Had the Strawberry Bingsu once which was good at the SW Northbrook location (it really is Glenview) but it's mostly the bubble tea my family & I come for.

My now 10-year-old son loves Taro bubble tea which is really the only flavor he's ever ordered in any boba house we've been to.

Best bubble tea in town! I like Liquid Fusion in Lincolnshire, but that one is always swamped with teenyboops on teenyboops. I like the Deerfield location, because it's closer to me, but also because the staff is great and I always get my drink quickly! I know they just opened this location in the past year, but I'm afraid if more people don't know about it then this location is going to close!
