It is a red roof and plus and those pictures are from some other place. That is not what the place at all this place is a dump. All the signs lit up say red roof and plus he checked in three customers before me under red roof in when I asked him what made him a motel eight he says because you’re standing on two rubber mats and say motel late so I can use your points or your money from Wyndham but everything else is through red roof Inn since when you do business like this Wyndham every hotel I’ve stayed in with you so far has been trash garbage filthy dirty. I am getting tired of it. I found La Quinta Inn in Deerfield and booked with you guys through there. Since the guy tell me I’m not shoveling the snow so you can get to your room and I’m disabled and so is my wife we ordered a mobility room which they said they don’t have any. And he was not going to shovel snow we would have to walk through it and there was no heat in the room. That La Quinta and I stayed at was a beautiful, beautiful hotel brand new looking. I had such a beautiful room a couch chair eight lamps. The only problem there was they only have two sit down chairs for 12 mobility rooms I had to go spend $50 to get my own chair and wait two days just to get a mobility room even though I booked one first this place is a real hotel. Wyndham all these motels and the Ramada Inn I stayed at. I ended up getting bedbugs. I’m still taking antibiotics and cream a year later my whole back is still got red bumps everywhere. You’re lucky I didn’t sue. You put me up in those junkie hotels. I booked my vacation to Myrtle Beach. I was told I was staying in the Wyndham building ocean view we ended up at the Seabreeze because that’s where you sent my reservation. They told me I didn’t qualify for the motel even though between my wife and I we had 125,000 points almost and we got 45,000 points for doing that time thing where you try to sell us a vacation package. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with your places you take the dirtiest, nasty hotels and push them off on your customers if they’re not owners and I am tired of it I think you need to do something for us. I had called that front desk at that red roof Inn supposedly super eight it’s not my wife called said we can’t get through the snow. The hotel is very affordable and provides a unique outdoor hallway architecture, allowing for a lot of fresh air.
The office staff are all very professional and respectful.
The cleaning and maintenance staff are amazing and very accommodating.
The towels and linens are fresh, clean, and new.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms well basic are very functional and manageable.
Good shower, water pressure. Excellent hot water. The air-conditioning works great.
They offer an optional grab and go breakfast which includes a muffin, yogurt, juice, and coffee.
The Hotel management is doing a great job updating the property with new paint.
There are many grocery, shopping, and restaurant conveniences nearby.
Note if you purchase highly tax items north of Lake Cook Road the sales and specialty over 21 item taxes are lower (Lake county taxes are lower than Cook County taxes).
For Dog Owners: There is also an excellent dog boarding facility nearby with daycare and boarding options known as the Dog Stop. Pet supplies is in excellent pet store nearby.

Basset and Manny are the best. They are always aware. They always are willing to speak with you for a good joke or laugh. They also are always there whenever you need something or just need to vent. The Manager ( starts with a V) very, very kind as well. (I want to say his name is Vishop.
This place always feels like home. This place feels like we always have a friend, and/ or family here when my husband and I stay. The coffee is always GREAT and available 24/7. staff is available 24/7 for basic needs. There is never a question from the staff they are always there for the needs. (towels, trash bags, toilet paper).
They even help with the Vending machine. I went down one morning and the vending machine gave me the wrong item.
This place is just AMAZING!
The rooms are always in great shape! I LOVE HAVING AN A/C UNIT!!!! When there is a slight problem the hotel staff is always right there to get things fixed and fast.
EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. They are accommodating, respectful, and fun to speak with.
