A Hidden Gem!

I stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant a week ago after work, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The combination of delicious food, inviting ambiance, and attentive service made such a positive impression that I couldn't resist returning for a date night.

On my second visit, we were lucky enough to be looked after by the incredible team of Rubi, Chris, Ivan, Pablo, and Benny. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, truly showcasing exceptional hospitality. The general manager, Chris, was extremely attentive, making sure that everything was perfect for our meal. Having such a dedicated team for our dining experience only enhanced the level of service we received.

Now, let's talk about the food! We indulged in the filet mignon, spaghetti Bolognese, lasagna, and another pasta dish with a delightful white wine-based sauce. Each dish was an absolute culinary delight—unique flavors and beautifully presented plates that never disappoint. The menu is diverse, offering something for every palate, and I loved that I could explore different options on each visit.

For dessert, we couldn't resist trying the brioche pudding, which was exceptional and the perfect way to round off our meal. Additionally, the restaurant boasts an excellent wine selection that beautifully complements the dishes, adding another layer to the dining experience.

We recently hosted a work event at Francesca North, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success.

First and foremost, the food was exceptional! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious dishes that were served. The attention to detail in the presentation and the quality of the ingredients truly impressed us.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire event. From assisting with setup to ensuring our guests had everything they needed, the team at Francesca North exceeded our expectations.

However, we did encounter a couple of areas of opportunity that we feel could be addressed. The initial communication with the woman we signed the contract with could have been better. We found that she did not effectively relay our event to the manager, which caused some confusion. Fortunately, we confirmed all the details ourselves, but it made us wonder what would have happened if we hadn't double-checked.

Another aspect that needs improvement is the sound system. It was virtually non-existent, and we had to rely on our own sound equipment. We were fortunate to have brought our own.

Overall, despite these minor issues, our experience at Francesca North was exceptional. The staff's dedication, the outstanding food, and the overall experience make it a venue we would definitely choose again for future events. Francesca's North is our go-to for any meal that deserves a little extra attention or celebration. I've taken business clients there for lunch, my husband and I have enjoyed birthdays and anniversaries there. It's where we take visitors from out-of-town. I love the quality of the food; the menu changes with what's fresh and in-season. I've never written a review of Francesca's before, despite the fact that we've been long-time patrons. Recently, though, they went over and above, and I have to gush. It was my sister's birthday. She had come from out of town with my stepmother, and eight family members were able to be there. It was a special celebration, and I shared the reason with Stash. He made sure we had a perfect dinner. The waiter took his time between each course; everything came out together and we never felt rushed. The food was perfect (as always) and we had plenty of time to enjoy it and each other. At the end of the meal Stash brought my sister and step-mom special deserts, which were divine, and turned out to be on the house.
