Misericordia Sweet Shoppe — Restaurant in Northfield Township

So disappointed on the service and the quality of the food. They take forever to finish a simple order, mind you when I say simple I mean simple like a freaking sandwich. When this new bakery opened up I was so hyped because it was a nice add to the neighborhood for a quick place to go in the morning when you’re in a rush to go to work, you would think but nope I was wrong the average wait time I would say between 10-20 min. Let me add that they’re always messing up the order or overcharging so make sure you double check that receipt and make sure you double check your order before you drive off because I have received a whole complete different order several times. I really wanted to give this place several chances but after like the 5th time chance something is wrong I just had to throw the towel! And you would think the food would be awesome to overcome the other aspects but no the food is not horrible it’s just always cold! Maybe they should get a new microwave a better one that heats up more properly! So if you want cold food and you want to be late to work! And you want to be over charge than I suggest for...

Beautiful all around store/bakery full of happiness and positivity. Items range from Paintings by Misericordia Residents to Brownie Parfaits filled with caramel. Fruit cups if you're feeling healthy and iced brownies if your sweet tooth is asking for it. Volunteers are kind, helpful, and don't nag you to buy everything in the store. Manager was happy to help us with a nut allergy, pointing out what to buy and what not to. Seating is plentiful, and windows capture lots of light, brightening up the room. Everyone who comes in is nothing but smiles! All around awesome place filled with happy....

This is an adorable little shop! Like something out of an idyllic village in small town USA.The treats are delicious! Hand made and packaged with love by the residents and volunteers of Misericordia Home. The staff is mostly volunteers and residents and they are warm and welcoming to all who visit. The prices are a little high, but it contributes to a wonderful organization that does great work for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
