Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store — Restaurant in Northfield Township

I had heard about Oberweis so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as people said it was. The food was delicious but our cashier, Emma, was extremely rude. While we were trying figure out how the new rewards system works, she kept rolling her eyes at us and muttering rude things about us to herself. Update: my daughter insisted to go here again so we have been her the past 3 times we wanted to grab ice cream. They have new staff and every time they have been really good. Thanks for making changes. We go more often and plan to continue going for the good ice cream and milk.

Workers are rude and not polite, specially the Asian guy, I believe he is the manager but if he is like that I can even think how the rest of the staff is. Not customer service at all, if they don’t want to take care of customers they should be working...

There were 5 of us that ordered, and all 5 orders took much longer than normal, and, get this, all 5 orders were completely wrong and presented HORRIBLE. Furthermore, none of the staff looked over the age of 18, there was NO supervisor, and they appeared NOT to have been properly trained.
