Heine Brothers Coffee - Northfield — Restaurant in Northfield

I love Heine Bros menu items and staff are truly a gem of louisville. I have become concerned about the cleanliness of the lobby/dining/seating area and the restrooms. The decor is high quality yet the same nugget of dirt that was on the floor last week is still there, the bathrooms may be getting that yeah, good enough, attention, and they are starting to look like a 3rd rate fueling station's bathroom. In the lobby there is coffee splashed all along a wall,, that was,, again there last week. It is busy and a lot of folks frequent. The coffee and food here is really good. I've always enjoyed Heine Brothers for their service and quality especially the one in Bardstown. However, this one was different. While going through the drive-throu I was greeted with unwelcoming and condescending answers to my order and my questions. When pulling up to the window no employee directly spoke to me unless to give me the total. I politely asked for whipped cream and the lady held her hand out in front of me without saying anything. Went to this location expecting to get a smoothie from The Weekly Juicery but was disappointed to find that they are no longer here. My wife and I decided to get heine brothers since we drove all of this way. We ordered a banana chaiburg and two of the breakfast wraps. The wraps were delicious as always. The chaiburg was completely wrong. It’s seems like it was barely blended, with chunks of banana and ice in every sip. It doesn’t taste like they put any of the chai in it, and there was no whipped cream on top. As you can see by the separation in the photo, aside from the chunks, the rest of the drink is liquid.
