Shiraz Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Northfield

If could give this place 0 stars i would. I was trying this place for the first time and i was really excited. I ordered take out and the young lady had me pick up my food in the side alley which could have been normal procedure so i was ok with that. When i got home i opened my chicken wrap and i saw something slightly moving. I normally check my take out really good so i zoomed in with my phone and it had antennas and lines on it!!! It was a BUG yall! I was disgusted and beyond upset. I called them but they had already closed so i called them again first thing in the morning and spoke to a manager who told me they would refund me but its been over a month and still nothing. At this point its not even about the money. They need to be closed down by the health department before someone gets sick from lack of cleanliness and carelessness. DON'T EAT HERE. very sad that this was my experience here.

Update to response: It indeed was your food! In holiday manor across the lot from Kroger same plaza as Liege & Dairy. i also ordered salmon kabobs with rice. I also spoke with one of YOUR managers. No one is going to go out their way to do a review on a incorrect establishment. Also to not apologize and take responsibility is another reason i would NEVER return. Thank you...

I've enjoyed Shiraz for MANY years, but will not be going back to this location ever, even though it's the only one left that serves the avocado bruschetta. Both Google Maps and the door sign show they close at 9 PM. We got there a little before 8. Ordered our food and sat down. Got our food about 8:05, started eating, decided to order another item at 8:11 and was told the grill was closed. Heard the phone ring at around 8:30 only to hear the lady say "We're closed" to other staff members and they refused to answer the call. I asked her what time they closed and she said 8:30, even though everything says 9. We felt rushed as they were trying to close up. I get wanting to go home asap after a shift on a Saturday, but it's your job. If you close prior to 9 PM, CHANGE THE SIGNAGE AND GOOGLE MAPS ! I spent $70 including tip, only to feel unwelcome. Never again, I'll be going only to the Hurstbourne Parkway or the flagship Poplar Level location from this...

I love the food at Shiraz. It is always delicious. However, I do not advise getting carry out. In the past they have left things out of my order and I have either let it go or returned to the store to get what they left out. Very inconvenient when sitting down to dinner with your family... Tonight, I placed my order online to be ready at a certain time. I arrived to pick my order up and gave them my last name. They told me it was not ready. Twenty minutes later I asked again, because they were busy. It was discovered that my food had been sitting there the entire time but they had it under only my first name, even though I ordered online and paid with my credit card. My order was placed at 6:10 to be picked up at 6:45. I did not walk out of the store with my food until 7:10. Fortunately, the food was correct. I did check it before I left the store to make sure...
