Walked in to find a worker, angry that we had arrived 2 hours before closing. Cursing under his breath as he put his phone down to walk back behind the counter from his position in the front window.
It would be 3 or 4 minutes before he spoke to us, instead choosing to fill up a pitcher of water from the kitchen, walk around use to the drink filling station to dump the water, back to the kitchen, to retrieve a spray bottle and towel, to walk behind us once again to wipe a counter down in the dining area, back into the back of the kitchen once more thar throw an,item I could only hear thr crashing of before finally walking to the register to rudely ask "what do you want?"
My fiance began our order, but was interrupted, cut off, and spoken over many times. I attempted to keep my composure being that my son was with us. But I will admit, this proved to be difficult as I witnessed the man pick his nose not once, or twice, but 3 times during the ordering process.
We finished our order, and I was relieved to watch him put gloves on.
I was not offered a receipt to verify my order was properly keyed-in or that my expense was correct.
A short while later we heard "here yo go" with the heavy thud of our food slapping thr counter before he began another customers order.
Unfortunately, the phone rang and we had to bear witness to his rude mouth to another customer as he explained their late order was indeed on the way.
He hung up the phone, heaving more obscenities towards thr caller before continuing his duties.
I've never been so rudely treated, or been made to feel so unwelcome in any fast food experience in my life.
Not only will I never spend my money here again, I may never eat jimmy johns again. Anything short of immediate termination of this employee would be a horrible tone to set for Customers.
We left the restaurant angry with ourselves for having paid to be treated in such a way. Jimmy...
Read moreI will never eat here again! If i could put zero stars, I would. I came into the store after a hard shift. I asked for 2 sandwiches, which had a few specific requests such as no lettuce or tomatoe. The new girl handed the order to the other lady to make. As the other lady began to make my sandwich, she stated very quietly, " Why do fing people come here with difficult orders? If they want a fing sandwich, they should go to fing Kroger. People are fng stupid. " She thought I couldn't hear her, so I kept quiet. After my food was done, I asked for her name, and she said, "Jessica, why?!" with and attitude. I said thank you and walked out. As I walked out, she screamed bye multiple times, trying to antagonize me and make me mad. I went back home, and my sick husband called the store twice to talk to someone and he was hung up on 2 times. When I got back home, he went right back to the store to get a refund. She never apologized and told my husband to his face she was talking about all customers who do that. When asked to get a managers number or someone higher up, she refused and chuckled. How is that appropriate? I understand behind closed doors you may say things, but when we are within a few inches of you, it's not okay. I called another store to get managements number and I got the sitrict managers number. I talked to the district manager, and hopefully, it will be handled. However, I can assure you I will not be back, and I will be telling everyone I know...
Read moreFoods great, only problem I have is the staff. I’m not sure who they are but 2 older men would come in and out of the store and be extremely rude to the other employees. They would talk down on them and speak to them like they were children. Personally if someone ever talked to me like that they would get checked on the spot. Seeing this really affected my mood and experience in the store. I hope those rude employees get punished or checked for their actions. I feel extremely bad for the other employees. No person should be spoken...
