McDonald's — Restaurant in Northfield

Today I went to McDonalds to McDonalds in Northfield rd Ohio I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 pc, a burger and fries keep in mind I already told the sauce I wanted but everything was fine up until a bigger woman at the drive thru no big deal forgot my sauce, so I went inside unfortunately raining outside to get it at the front register no one was there for me to ask so I waited at the pickup for about a minute no big deal Im in no rush then a woman not in uniform in a black cap and pink zip up or something like that proceeds to speak after a min and blurted out an order number then she ask me what was I here for as I tell just came back for some condiments her response is why didnt you speak up you know we are not mind readers totally off guard lol but I was showing patience and restraint by waiting and understanding the shortness of staff i then said it is not my job to greet you she then says more slick things which I choose to ignore as the girl from the drive thru joins in to say right right after she says we as in customers do the most which I did not understand how she made herself the victim as her co worker who didnt give me the sauce couldve avoided it now I have to type this out just to tell their staff to be mindful because I was trying to be but my question is should I have came in loud and upset over sauce or waited until I was greeted or ask what I needed? Its common decency I dont know what the animosity was but that kinda made me question things how something so small can make someone upset but other than that food was fine for McDonalds and other than service everything was cool but those 2 women need...

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff (tonight) was unprofessional young children whom lack customer service and clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. The manager APRIL, worst of them all. An incident happened that could have easily been avoided (had they actually done their job correctly) to which an employee there also told me “they could have just voided it and re did the order” smh. THAT EASY!!!? But the staff and manager APRIL decided it was more entertaining for them to cause issues and watch it escalate, calling in higher powers which initially hurt them more because they told us to file a complaint on them! Mind you, this was all happening with a toddler present! And let’s not forget to mention that almost the entire staff was just hanging around watching this go down NOT WORKING, and while none of them had the courage to say a word while I was there one little boy thought it was cute to yell, “don’t come back” as I was leaving 🙄 Hiring unmotivated, careless, immature, and reckless children/adults does nothing but hurt this franchise. I have heard more bad stories than good about this location, so, some advice from an OLD customer here, throw this whole staff away and start fresh, correctly this time!

The absolute worst McDonald’s experience pulled in the drive thru 9/10 at 830a all menu signs were blacked out. Decided to go in to order since it was a large order and i wanted to see as I ordered not to miss anything. I ordered on the kiosk fine no issue then proceeded to wait over 20mins for my order when I was the only one in the store ordering. Upon receiving my order i was informed no one knew how to change the orange juice so the ones I’d ordered couldn’t be given to me. I was asked if I’d like something else to drink in place of the OJ I said no thanks bc for whatever reason OJ with breakfast is a $1.20 up charge which at this point I’ve already paid. The woman giving me my food grunted loudly and yelled to someone in the back they needed to come refund me which seemed like a huge inconvenience to them. I get to work with my my orders all the hash browns are soggy and sopping with grease I only work 3mins from this location.
