Two stars just to get attention for now. I’ve been coming here since the opening and had countless deliveries and great service so I will leave a review again representing that as my wife has done once already. Usually It’s the bright spot in my wife’s Saturday mornings to get that cinnamon roll and whatever coffee she gets. Lately the lattes have been essentially milk with a little sprinkle of coffee Bj like flavor, absolutely not what they were, very weak. Same for the cafe au lait, which normally is great but lately tastes like coffee flavored water with a dab of milk, not the bold cafe au lait it should be. This has happened now since late November every delivery. I can only assume Saturday mornings have a new person, maybe… I actually brought coffees for a group at my house and the general consensus was something is wrong, because a shop can’t regularly sell that as a product and stay in business as a coffee shop, everyone’s coffees were just not rite(weak, mostly milk) at all so I went to 7-11. I think the staff needs a quick QC test of their beverage making abilities since what we’ve consistently gotten lately is not the normal pjs we’ve had hundreds of times. I can not risk deliveries from here anymore but will continue to stop by when close since any problems can be corrected in person. I really hope I can get my PJs back, really, we love you guys and have converted many people in our neighborhood. Consider this an act of concern not anger. **edit. Read morePJ’s Coffee has gone completely downhill since the new franchise ownership took over, and my recent experience on August 28, 2025, was an absolute disaster. I used to be a loyal customer, visiting 3 times a week for 7 months straight until I got my own espresso machine. On August 26, I decided to give their coffee beans a try, opting for a different type than usual. Big mistake—the beans were terrible, nothing like the quality I expected from PJ’s. So, I went back today, August 28, to return or exchange the beans, expecting a smooth process since their website clearly states that if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a refund or replacement. Apparently, the staff at this location didn’t get the memo. The employees were clueless about their own return policy and had to call either the franchise owner or store manager to figure it out. After an awkward wait, they informed me that, per their policy, they can’t refund or replace opened products. Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to know I’m not satisfied with the coffee beans without opening the bag and trying them? This policy is beyond absurd and completely contradicts what’s promised on their website. The lack of customer service and the staff’s inability to handle a simple return speaks volumes about how poorly this place is managed now. It’s clear the new ownership doesn’t care about keeping customers happy or honoring their own policies. Read moreFor the 1st time at this chain I had a bad experience. Ordered yesterday around 4pm for a 7am pickup to give plenty of notice. Got there at 6:58am and a guy is sitting outside looking cold waiting to be let in to work. Then a female coworker shows up at 7:04am to open up shop. I wait some extra time to give them a moment to get ready because I understand that some mornings it can be a challenge to get everything together. So I go in around 7:15 to pick up my order and they have no idea there was a pick up order. I show her my receipt from the app order and that's when she starts to look for it. They find it, start getting it together, 6 beignets with 2 drinks. They tell me expresso machine isn't working so they offer a refund for the drink. Okay well I take an additional L and just set my mind to get Starbucks instead but at least they got my wife's order right, right? Beignets were perfect and I get a refund. I went and got my coffee from Starbucks and head home. Have my wife try the coffee she got (Caramel Crème) and it was terrible. She threw it out. We try to be very understanding when it comes to working at retail jobs seeing as how we both have experience with that but I have to say this ruined...
