!NOT CELIAC SAFE!
We came in last night to watch the game. I let my server know of my gluten allergy (celiac) , and yes I understand I still run the risk of cross contamination blah blah. Well… per the nutritional guide of twin peaks, the loaded fries are gluten free. Somehow, candied bacon (NOT GF) was put into the fries instead of regular bacon. I was a little frustrated because we had previously already had a conversation with our server about the candied bacon because it isn’t on the nutrition guide and I wanted to know if it was gluten free. So the differences in the 2 bacons served at the establishment was already a fresh conversation previously had. I took one bite out of the fries and immediately realized it was the wrong bacon because the bacon was VERY sweet. I called the server over and she agreed the wrong bacon was put into the fries. I didn’t complain or ask for an accommodation, I just nicely asked for her to take it away. The best I got from the server was “sorry”, and the manager NEVER came and spoke to me or handled the issue. And that’s where the problem is here. Serving the wrong ingredients is a BIG!! issue especially if it can K!ll someone! And then the manager not even addressing the issue?! Very concerning. They ended it up taking it off the bill, which was kind, but I would have rather still paid for it and had management address the issue, rather than the other way around.
This should’ve been taken as a serious concern because lawsuits could very easily happen if they did this to the wrong type of people or caused serious harm/death due to an allergy. Do better!
Aside from that, everything else was great. Just wish more...

The menu delivers just as much as the atmosphere. Read moreTwin Peaks – Northlake, TX You already know what this place is: boobs, burgers, and big screens. But let me say—it actually delivers.
First off, props where they’re due: the chef back there is cheffing. Like, someone’s putting in real work in that kitchen. The food? Overpriced for sure, but still delicious. My wallet winced but my mouth said, “shut up and let me live.” Burgers juicy, wings crispy, fries blessed by the fryer gods. Zero complaints on flavor—just maybe wish I didn’t have to Venmo myself from savings to enjoy it.
The vibe? Wall-to-wall sports, beer taps flowing, and TVs bigger than my parenting regrets. It’s loud, it’s rowdy, it’s kind of fun if you lean in. Think guys’ night energy but with just enough chaos to make it feel like a mini vacation from your responsibilities.
Now let’s talk about the Twin Peaks girls: beautiful, confident, and fully aware they’re the main attraction. They’re serving attitude with a smile and shorts so short you start questioning fabric shortages. It’s part of the brand—just don’t act surprised when you feel like an awkward uncle trying to order mozzarella sticks without making eye contact.
All in all? Would I go back? Yeah, but I’d pregame with a snack and a budget. It’s not where you go to bond deeply with your soul, but it is where you go for solid food, good drinks, and a reminder that push-up bras and perfectly poured drafts still...
