I walk in to place a to go order. No one was at the counter but me. I stood there for about a minute looking at the young lady in order to place my order. She literally saw me walk in, and said nothing to me. Then had the nerve to ask me if someone already placed my order. Tip, drugs kill your brain cells. After they called my number I walked to the counter and asked if they needed to see my receipt? The lady said, “no, just take your order.” This is not cool. Anyone can walk up and take someone’s food and walk right out the door. Now I ordered the Family Fiesta Fajita Feast. I get home and start pulling everything out of the bag, and there was only 4 tiny pieces of chicken that looked boiled, and 6 pieces of beef with about 2 spoonfuls of bell peppers and onions. WTH!? For $40? 12 tortillas, and from what was in the container you would only be able to make about 3. Stop ripping the public off, and do what is truly expected of you to do. We called and spoke to the manager who stated let me look into this. What in the world is there to look in to? I expect to receive what I paid for. We had to drive all the way back in order to receive just a refund. Does this look like a feast to you? SMH….🤦‍♂️ So my wife gets there and is told that the calibration of the scale was incorrect, and then gave her a replacement of the meal, and attempted to try to charge us $10 for the additional meat that was added to correct THEIR MISTAKE IN THE FIRST DAMN PLACE. You messed up, not us. This took place at 8PM. How many other customers got robbed of what was truly supposed to be given throughout the entire day? What a joke….

David is an exceptional team member. Our experience started with a phone call which seal the deal to eat dinner here. He was polite, informative and knew his stuff. After we arrived we were greet by David who seem to be working as a manger. Several team members approached with questions. He was so kind as he directed them and assisted us. He is very good at his job as well as working with people. Huge thanks for know what gluten is and how the food is prepared to help me avoid getting sick. Here's the review on the food! Wow! Wow! Wow! Sorry I didn't get a picture of our plates. I was too hungry and it was so good I could stop. We had an idea the food was going to be good when we could smell it from the parking lot. Chicken fajitas plate with green sauce was delicious!!!! Chicken soft taco plate also delicious and Beef fajita tacos with gauc so so good! The refried beans were fresh and the seasoning on the meet was spicy and light. Everything was so so good.

I was having a huge hankering for Mexican food and this place, hands down, satisfies! I know it’s a chain restaurant, but the food is always so good, and relatively inexpensive. Try to go on a Tuesday for their “taco Tuesday special”. If not, they have tons on the menu to choose from any day of the week. Tacos, enchiladas, etc. The salsa bar is the absolute best because you can pick how much salsa you want and what type (spicy, mild, etc). They have fresh toppings for your food and you can even take a little home for leftovers. But who’s having leftovers? It’s really so good. The service is very nice at this location and restaurant itself is clean and has a ton of seating which is really cute. I will absolutely be back, even for a chain this place has super yummy Mexican food!

Update: i broke down and went back. Wanted tacos with the sides. It was a much better experience. Foor was fresh and hot!

This use to be one of my favorite places to go until tonight. I was coming home from a long day teaching and wanted some Rosa's. Let me say this my husband and I have been eating here since they opened it and have never had any bad service nor food. I ordered a #6, got my food cool. I was on the phone with my husband and he was like that was fast, I was tired and because weve never had a bad experience didnt think twice about it nor did i check it. MAAANNNNN WAS I WRONG. Went to sit and eat, I couldnt even cut the enchilada with my fork, the tostada was so soggy when I lifted the side to uncover it it ripped, the taco stale like it had been sitting out since this morning. I called back up there because I was like this cant be real life, ill also add I only send food back if its unedible, got transferred because I went thru the drive thru. Explained to the gentleman on the phone what happened and he just kinda sat there on the in silence and so i repeated myself again and he gave me the option to bring it back. So i got back in the car and did so. I walk in ask to speak to the manager and a young man came forward, no apologies no nothing. I asked for my money back. Then the manager comes up and just looks at me, no apology or anything. I was really shocked and sad to say that this is the last time I will come here. It hurts my heart because I enjoy the food and the tortillas are AMAZING. But the customer is the priority and more andore food places around here seem to have...

Will never go back.

I went out of my way to stop here on my way out of town bc I love the chips and queso. But after waiting in a short line at the drive through, they told me to park and they'd bring my food out (just a large chips and queso and one beef taco- pretty simple). But I pulled forward, no problem. I proceeded to watch about 10 cars come through, get their food within seconds, and go. All while I'm waiting 10 minutes in the Texas heat in my car with two dogs. After it became apparent no one was coming, I went inside for a manager. I told the young manager what I ordered and he got it in a few seconds. I also never got a receipt, which he didn't seem concerned with. The worst part is that he didn't even apologise.

THEN on the road, I noticed that my chips were really stale, not crispy, and tasted like they were made in dirty oil. They were absolutely disgusting. Gross flavor and texture. Every bite made me more and more angry, and I eventually tossed them, hence why I'm writing this review.

8.50 for a half-full bag of stale, dirty chips and one taco (with an equally dirty oil tasting shell). And the manager wasn't even remotely concerned that his staff had totally forgotten me in the car on a 95 degree day. Awful.

I go here probably 2 times or more a week. Its slowly been going downhill but this was the last straw. I will NEVER return. Awful quality, horrible service from what used to be my...
