Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Northport

Absolutely terrible. Workers have zero sense of urgency and horrible manners. Placed order and waited and waited for name to be called for food pickup. Stood nearby the counter to wait for food like always and seen my order sitting on the ledge. Tried to be nice and thought the lady would give my food to me, but after 10 minutes went by and my food was cold I politely asked her if I could get my food that was right behind her and she rudely said “no” that I would have to wait until she took everyone’s order that was in line. I told her the food was undoubtedly cold now and asked her to turn around and hand it to me and she again said no. I demanded my food after this and said I didn’t pay for cold food and she said you’ll have to speak to a manager. I said get the manager! The manager walked out after a few minutes and I told her that I had now been waiting more than 15 minutes for food that has been sitting there ready to go and the cashier refused to hand me the food. The manager told her to get the tray and hand it to me, she reluctantly turned around and reached the tray finally. Even the manager didn’t apologize. I will never come back to...

my pick up order sat in the window ever since i walked in, i asked if my order was ready even though i could SEE it and the girl said no. so i stood there for 10 minutes JUST for someone to FINALLY walk over to the salad and put it in a bag with two packs of ranch. i didn't even need the bag or ranch, just don't make me stand there for TEN MINUTES, looking at my food, while the chicken gets cold. edit: tried again the next day as a drive thru pick up, nobody in front of us, yet we were told to pull up. then watched 5 cars get their food after us. it was a freaking chicken finger sandwich. i've gone to this location for years and it fluctuates with quality of service. basically just DO NOT get a pick up order because you'll wait LONGER than just...

Pulled in and waited in line and pulled up to a person outside playing on her phone and she finally looked up a d grab a tablet and said what do u want to order and we said can we see a menu which her reply was no !!! She then batted her long fake ! Eye lashes.
