I wish that I could say this was the first time that I have ever experienced terrible food at this particular Burger King but for some reason I gave them another chance. Thinking that maybe it was just bad management for poor judgement on a particular employee but in the last 6 months I think this is the 4th time that I have been to this particular Burger King and the food was awful once again my burger patty was completely dried out bread tasted closer to a crouton because it was so crusty and hard food wasn't even warm enough to begin to melt my cheese and when I have gotten there has brown they were either hard as a rock or so much oil left on them that I was covered.. I don't normally post a bad review but when it has happened this many times what else is there to do?? I'm not sure if I will ever go back to this Burger King again. I've tried burgers in the morning I've tried breakfast food in the morning nothing seems to come out very well except the orange juice which is wonderful but how can you screw that up all you have to do is take it out of the fridge.... :-( uggh one very...
Read moreI'm sorry but not much good to say anymore about Burger King, they used to be the best ever and the whoppers are still not bad, just over priced now ( unless a deal going on ) and they just throw the stuff on it and it's horrible! Who puts the end of a tomato 🍅 on any kind of a sandwich 🤮 ... The onion rings were cold and service was very slow and it wasn't busy at all.. What got me the most was, I had gone in to order the food, so I could kinda watch, for it wasn't for me and as I was watching one of the employees that was bagging up the food dropped an empty opened up bag that he had just opened up to put someone's order in it and he picked it up and used it anyways for the food 🤮🤮 I lost it.. It wasn't our food or I would had blown a gasket, but I then thought to myself, nope all done, not coming back, if that employees does that in the front counter, who knows what he does behind where they cook the food.. Read moreIM DONE WITH BURGER KING!! ALL AREAS. Ordered through the app. Instead of getting the 4 Whoopers I ordered. I received Impossible Whoopers. With zero condiments aside from pickles. Tried to reach out to support. NO LIVE AGENTS. Instead emails after 20 mins. Then I was offered a 15$ coupon. I spent 52.13 on this order. Explain what a 15$ coupon is solving what I didn't order but paid for? When I expressed I want to speak to someone to resolve the issue. They offered the coupon agian saying they no other options.
