I can’t blame the workers of an establishment for being understaffed, the blame for that is entirely on the poor staffing management. What I can blame workers for, is working at slower than a snail’s pace. I can blame workers for looking at a small line, turning tail, and then hiding in the back, allowing it to become a long line. I can also blame workers for choosing to get high as a kite on their shift and not even being able to handle it. If you’re going to rip your dab pen in the back, please make sure you’re still able to read, tap buttons, and maybe move faster than 0.5x speed. Also, please consider warning your customers that the establishment does not accept cards BEFORE you make them run through their order five times, asking the same questions over and over (and still hitting the wrong options). I feel extremely bad for the manager who had to basically work a shift alone because of incompetent bodies taking up space in the back. If you worked tonight and are having a hard time reading the words in this review, I will summarize it for you: meep morp blorp beep beep mloooorp 👽. Hopefully you could at least understand that, because you were working and acting like it was your first day on planet earth. Apologize to...
Read moreWorst food and service that I’ve ever experienced at a Popeyes. Drive thru only, which is the norm for some places nowadays. We had somewhere we needed to be and had a time to be there. I didn’t mind how long it took to get through the line, but the service was terrible from ordering at the speaker to getting our food at the window. Maybe it was new people that were in training. I can understand some of it if that was the case. But if staff is going to be rude then they should not be there, new or not. I also can appreciate being short staffed nowadays. I truly appreciate that people show up to work at all nowadays. There should be no excuse for the quality and taste of our food. Tough, cold, fries tasted like they were made the day before. We did not eat our food. I did not have time to return to get it replaced. I probably should have taken it back or called the next day, but I don’t want free food. I just want to get what I paid for. I am not in that area very often, nor do we live near a Popeyes, so it is not worth my...
Read moreThe people here do not care about the customer. I stopped in today for dinner and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a three piece tenders. After placing my order and pulling ahead, I was able to look at the menu closer. I noticed that a three piece tenders meal and a spicy chicken sandwich was almost $2 less than the other way around. When I pointed this out and asked them to change it, they refused. Since I already had my ice tea, I canceled the rest of my order, paid for the tea, and went to Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken. The line was twice as long but moved a lot faster. I waited almost 5 minutes after being told to pull ahead at Popeyes before I could even move. I was through Lee's line in 5 minutes. And guess what? I discovered that Lee's chicken sandwich is just as good as Popeye's. So rather than take care of the customer, Popeye's lost $10 in revenue and a long time customer. Lee's is faster and...
