Horrible service every time we go here. We’ve given this location numerous tries since it’s the closest one to our house and every time there’s an issue. Wife ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich. We get home and she got a burger. I went back to get it fixed And was told they ran out of the chicken so they just took it upon themselves to give her a cheap burger instead and charged us for the $8 meal we didn’t get.
Today we tried to get breakfast. They weren’t that busy and all we ordered were 2 chicken biscuits and 2 hashbrowns. After waiting at the window more than 5 minutes we were asked to pull ahead while we wait for our order. After another 12 minutes waiting in the parking lot we get our sandwiches. Meanwhile at least 10 other cars came and gone that were behind us with their food.
This has happened numerous times and they always have an excuse that they had to cook it. It doesn’t take 15-20 minutes to make a cheap chicken biscuit. We will not be using this location ever again. Poor food, when and if you get what you order, and extremely...

For the last three years, my wife and I have lived down the street from this particular McDonald's and have stopped in numerous times. The overwhelming majority of these visits have been disappointing. Whether it was missing food, incorrect orders, unacceptable waiting times in the drive-through and inside, difficulty with attempting to resolve issues, disrespectful staff when attempting to resolve issues, or lack of response when grievances were expressed, the impression of disappointment is deep.
Leaders set the culture one way or another, so I humbly offer this review with the hope that the leadership of this McDonald's will give the necessary time and energy to cultivate a new culture of excellence. Nobody there seems to care one bit about their job or putting even minimal effort into making sure things are correct in preparation or packaging. It's reflects so poorly on the franchisee who has multiple locations in town (this one seemingly the black sheep of the collection). My advice would be to clean house completely. Management down, nobody cares. I've quit calling to even complain about missing or incorrect items because it falls on deaf ears and you are made to feel in the wrong for expecting to receive the food you paid for. This location is now a last resort for us and we've pretty much accepted that whatever they feel like giving you is what you're getting take it or leave it.
