I went through the drive through and was told 10-15 minute wait. I tried to pay with a gift card and for the second time they were not capable of figuring out how to run it. Just kept saying it won’t read it. There has to be a way to enter manually but I was told no. I pulled into a parking spot like so many others. After 45 minutes they came out to all of the cars and got our orders again. I asked them how much longer and was told 10-15 minutes again. I said you told me that 45 minutes ago. He apologized and said they had all new people in there and they are all young. This is a common excuse from them. I waited 15 more minutes and then called and told them they will need to refund my money because I had a toddler in the car that was hungry and getting very restless. And I also told them that the lady parked next to me just went inside and came out with her food and she came about 30 minutes after I did. I was NOT happy! Coincidentally they came out with my food a couple of minutes later. It was a cold pizza but at that point I couldn’t wait any longer. I will not be going to the Henry street location again. This service is beyond ridiculous! And, they aren’t even taking orders at the menu board anymore. They have you drive to the window and they still can’t get things right. Menu is outdated too. You ask for things advertised on the menu and online and they say they don’t carry that anymore. Overall very poor management. They should just close down to save the...
Read moreI receive service many times through the week at the Henry Street location and Christmas eve this year was no exception on this night I pulled in and the drive through line was extremely long and I thought goodness should i wait because this may take forever ? Well even though I was at the end by the lobby doors it was about maybe 7 minutes and I had the most friendly blonde hair young lady walking car to car taking money and giving out orders so customers that didn't have huge orders didn't have to wait mind u it was raining and this women still the most pleasant smile as she took my money and handed me my order she apologized for the wait and added please have a Merry Christmas ! I'm almost certain she has to be from another little Ceasars or a new employee because as i said im there often and she had never waited on me before but eithway I have to say that to see her hard work and walking car to car in the cold rain just to make sure I was served as fast as possible is something I can not say I have ever seen happen! I am a faithful customer and I can say that I have had some unpleasant customer service before sometimes down right rude at this location but after this night this young lady made up for that and I hope that you continue to hire people like her! I didn't get your name ( Short Blonde Hair) but if you see this I would like to thank you for the smile and the fast service ! P.s. I'm the lady that was in the blazer with...
Read moreI had to edit my 5 star review because this place is going downhill fast. For some reason you can't order at the speaker anymore so you have to pull up to the window for face-to-face ordering which makes everybody have to wait longer for their food if it's not "ready to serve". I'm pretty sure a snail can move faster through this line. Several cars left without getting their food and there's still 6 cars ahead of me after 20 minutes. My breadsticks were soaked in what seemed like a pound of butter and they were just dripping out of the package. A few weeks ago I was charged $14 for a regular hot and ready pizza. When I asked him what happened to their $5-$6 pizzas, he said they don't have them anymore. I also never got a receipt so I'm pretty sure they are pocketing that extra $8. My family loves this pizza but every time I try to give this business another chance, the whole experience is worse than the last.
Edit #2: There's 11 cars in line right now and the line hasn't moved in 10 minutes. Several cars have drove away. My son really wants some pizza, so I'm going to stick this out for awhile...
