Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Norton

Staff was super friendly and working hard to keep the place clean..that impressed us immediately. The subs are simply the best in Wise county..made to perfection..WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.... UPDATE ...We were excited to return for our second trip to Jersey Mike's .... HOWEVER ....On this visit the staff was very unorganized and lackadaisical. The subs were being made in a very unsanitary way. Cleaning protocols were not being followed... obviously it was a different crew than we had before..we may try again but not for awhile..as we had no desire to eat what we purchased..note to the employees your customers can see you...

My family loves Jersey Mike's and we were so excited that one was in our area. We've never had a bad sub from them so far. Everything taste fresh, and I like how they cut the meat or cook it as ordered instead of it being precut or precooked and microwaved. Jersey Mike's is pricey, but since they stuff the sandwiches, my boyfriend & I will split it. The people working are nice but they need to work on proper staffing. We've been here many times..subs always so good .. NOT this time ! The bread was so hard I couldn't eat it ..I had to peek off the top of it and try to eat it with little of the inside bread ughhh..No I didn't tell them ,a bus full of girls came in and I know I would have been in line over a hour ..heck it took 30 minutes to get my order 🙄 I really like thier sandwiches, but for the price I paid for 2 mini subs and 2 bags of chips over $20.00 I should have been able to eat my sub !!! I don't know when we will go back 🤔 Get it...
