Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Norwalk

The first time I ordered from here was in October. My food was amazing, so much so, that I couldn't wait to reorder. However that was the last time my food was either good or order was correct. Each time, I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sriracha Bacon Quesadilla, and requested no bacon, but it came with bacon anyways. Today I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla with extra grilled chicken, and paid additional for it, which was fine. I asked for light Sriracha Ranch and it was soaking wet. I have no idea where the extra chicken went, because it wasn't on my order. The food was soggy, overcooked and flat out disgusting. I wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt, and promote small local business but never again. Wow! This place should be closed down by the Health Dept. I entered the establishment order a burrito no meat because I don’t eat meat only fish.. While waiting to pay a guy walks in and request his money back. He said he took two bites of his food and got sick something is sour. OK I got home ate my burrito by 10:30 I was violently sick.. Never again! The things I saw there. The lady comes from Back and handed the cashier money with her gloves on and goes directly to making someone’s burrito. She touch money, and then touch food.. The scruffy looking guy in the back that cook the meat came up, talking and wiped his nose with the back of his hand all the way up his arm. While I was driving for Uber Eats to pick up an order for someone else, I approached the welcoming woman behind the counter and inquired about a bottle of water. To my surprise, as she led me to their cooler, she kindly asked if I was hungry. Having been a driver for Uber Eats since 2017 and having visited over 1,000 places for pickups, this was the first time anyone had ever asked me that question. Since I wasn’t familiar with their menu, the girl introduced herself as Kandy and inquired about my preferences. She went above and beyond to prepare something special for me.
