Flying Scotsman Norwalk — Restaurant in Norwalk

Lucked into finding this place looking for a late night drink, in town visiting my parents. Incredible cocktails. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 10 years on the Las Vegas strip, some of the ritziest places you can imagine. I was completely blown away by these drinks.

Alan gives great service, and does not mess around on his menu. Strictly classics. But if you have never had a perfectly balanced, PROPER classic cocktail, you need to get to this place for...

Came in for a pre-show cocktail and Alan was a brilliant bartender with an encyclopedic knowledge of whiskey, scotch, and everything else behind the bar. I was craving a Sazerac and although not on the menu, he made one of the best I've had north of Louisiana.

Music was also 10/10, 80s new wave and a very relaxed and friendly vibe. This will be my new stop whenever I'm in this part of Norwalk!

No food but eating...

Unfortunately Alan behind the bar is married. He might be the cutest little Scotsman there is. You just want to eat him up ahhh

I remember when he bartended in the Upper East Side. It was torture. Especially when his beautiful wife was there.
