They steal from you, don’t go. I went in there one day, 5yrs ago, with many things to clean and needed to buy a present for my husband. I had with me a thick 22k yg extra long men’s necklace which was supposed to be cleaned, they cut it in half and the older gentleman that initially took the order, gave it back to me at pick up, with it looking like a gangster baby necklace, and acted as if that was how it was given to him before. They charged me a lot for a 10k Cross pendant that was so cheap and hollow- sorry, finally saw the inscription, thought it was silver. In all fairness, the necklace with the pendant I inscribed was 14k wg. Plus a few other items that was ruined and stolen from us, one was a golden heirloom pendant that they should’ve fixed, but instead melted with some other stuff. That hurt because I should’ve had it to wear for my wedding day. Which Jeweler melts a customer’s items without consulting them first? He supposedly took notes and marked everything I gave him, then didn’t want to talk to me when I approached him about the items not being right that was given to me in the bag. Not even a sorry. I should’ve posted this a long time ago! Very disappointed in this place claiming to be a local, personable, family jeweler. I should’ve just gone to David Harvey’s like I used to! I have no reason to smudge anyone’s good name under false pretense- I have my receipt to prove it. I am sorry we didn’t have time to report you too, as I got married that year and timed out with the BBB; especially after seeing your petty response and denials, but you will one day deal with the wrong people who wouldn’t mind putting you to ruin. I bought the cross the same day I brought my things to you. My family knew I was going to a jeweler to get some things done, so they gave me things too. That was a one time dealing with your store. I trusted you. Believe me, I wasn’t making that mistake again! It just came up, as I was just discussing getting rid of the cross pendant I bought from you that...

Read moreDisappointing customer service and no business integrity. This was my first time bringing several heirloom pieces in for various repairs, and I did research on trusted jewelers in my area. Kosta damaged my heirloom pearl earring during a basic glue repair to reattach the backing to the pearl. They did not notify me of the damage, and charged my boyfriend for the glue repair when he picked it up. When I called distraught over the damage, the response was hostile - I was told it sounded like I was inflicting blame (on the professional jeweler I trusted with custody of my items), and that "it's like bringing your car to the gas station and not being happy with the gas that was put in it." We brought it back in the next day and were refunded the cost of the repair, but I can never get back the integrity of the pearl originally purchased by my late grandfather in Spain. Don’t shop with jewelers that are okay with...
