Jamba — Restaurant in Norwalk

I have been visiting this Jamba Juice for over 2yrs now, I have seen a few people come and go but this past year there’s a young lady with tattoos that has assisted me. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I am well aware that extra supplements are an extra charge and I am okay with paying, what I am not okay with is paying extra for the young lady with tattoos to not put the supplements I pay for(for example I add 3 whey protein scoops and she added two and turned around to see if I was looking then added the last), she also does not greet me when I come and go. This last time was the cherry on top, we were at the register and I gave her my order and she walked away from me as I was still speaking to her to the point that as I was speaking to her she managed to reach the area where she makes the smoothies and I was still at the register, she did not even acknowledge that I was talking to her, she gave me her back and didn’t say a word. She then just placed the smoothies on the counter and didn’t even say “have a good day” nothing, pure disrespect. Prior to purchase, asked if they also have turmeric shots. The clerk said they have bottled turmeric, pointed a poster... Expressed my dislike of bottled juices with my facial and verbal comment " that's why I am here, I know you make juice upon request, fresh!" Followed by a question. "You do make it fresh, right?" Clerk, Yes!. So i ordered the ginger shot with lemon juice. I waitted, excited, my mouth was watering. I get my drink looking odd. Watered down? I drank the shot expecting fresh juice. Whenever I come here or just order here. I try to order in advance due to the line can get long. And the wait can be just as bad. I've also had it deliveries from here. Very quick to respond. Service is good. When you have enough employees in the back making your drinks. They use only have one person to fill some many orders. But I believe that they've learned their lesson. And when I was there there was 3 people. Very committed. And just working. I'm glad that the managers are paying attention to that. I remember coming in one time, and the it was getting crowded. And the that only one worker that was there about to cry because a number of people just kept coming. And it was just hard for that person to do so many...
