Online ordering is pointless here. Ordered ahead with an online order. We Came into the restaurants do found a few people in line. We asked the employee at the register regarding our order and she told us we would have to wait because she had a line of people waiting. Well then subway what’s the point of ordering ahead?? We didn’t felt like waiting so we asked to cancel the order. The employee didn’t know how to do that. So we waited. There was one employee working the front and one in the back, clearly they need more people working. When it came time to actually make the sandwich the employee had trouble reading the online order so we had to tell her what we wanted... pointless. Won’t waste our time here again plenty of other options...
Read moreOrdered as I got there online and I gave them a minute figured it wouldn't be ready by the time I stepped in and it wasn't since they had someone waiting and someone else helping someone so by the time it was my turn I said it was a mobile order. She then started making mine and made it pretty fast way before the time on the app specified which was great. She also said apologized for the wait which she didn't need to and said I gave you and extra cookie for the wait 🤩 I was like Yay inside since I only had ordered 2 cookies for myself but had 3 in my carry before I placed my order till I was like nah too much for one meal, yet I end up with 3 cookies 😃 super awesome cashier. Special instructions were to have each half wrapped separately, a handicap makes it very difficult to handle a full foot long without it spilling a good portion onto the floor, they won't do it. Twice I ordered those two sandwiches and the foot longs aren't completely cut in half. The sandwiches are great, the staff aren't great. Apologies don't pick up the food from the floor and with a dog in a hot car and can't go in to complain on a 20 minutes break.
