I have been going here for yrs. and never had a problem until recently when I used my cc to pay for our meal well I wasn't 100 percent sure we had enough so I ordered it online and it went through no problem and I got an email confirmation. However, I decided to go above and beyond by calling the restaurant to ensure that I did in fact have sufficient funds they assured me I did. So I got my delivery no problem until a hour later when both manager and driver knocked on my door to tell me I owed them money because my cc didn't go thru. Told the regular manager I did not have cash on me and he essentially threaten me and the driver yelled at me and my son was there to witness it all (he is 6 1/2 yrs. old and started balling) and told them I would pay them when my hubby got home and to get the hell out of my house. Wow wow wow where do I even begin, this has to be the BEST experience I ever done had at a restaurant ever. I decided to pop down from the south shore from my home in concord New Hampshire, but now this place is my second home. I was quickly greeted by the manager James!! James was a southern man who offered that southern hospitality and was able to answer all my questions quickly and proficiently and offered some excellent recommendations from the menu. We just ordered a pepperoni pizza & paid 16.95 for it. I have to say, “it was TERRIBLY DRY, BURNT & COLD“ . We have been going to Papa Gino’s for years and have, at sometimes, got lousy pizzas; but refrained from saying anything. But now I HAVE to say something. My husband wanted to go elsewhere; but I insisted on going to Papa Gino’s in the Norwell. I am sorry we did. I have been noticing that the pizzas have been getting bad.
