I have been going to this Mcdonalds for years, and I have increasingly watched it diminish. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in, the employees will literally ignore that you are standing there waiting to order. They will continue to chat, turn their backs, even look at you and walk away. I watched the manager late this afternoon, just stand their and empty a bag of ketchup packets into a dispenser for 4 minutes as I stood there, it's not the first time this particular manager has acted in this way. I was the only one in line, and the drive-thru was NOT busy. There was another guy standing there talking with her as they continued to see me, and ignore the fact, that I needed to order. He also is one of the later afternoon regular employess, he is ALSO RUDE & BOTHERED by having to do anything, especially deal with customes. Finally some guy came up after he was done over at the window. His comment: : "can I get you something?" no smile, almost as if he was bothered as well! He either hates his job, or is fed up as well, is the way I perceived his attitude. It's really unfortunate; there are a couple of managers in the mornings that are so sweet and attentive, ALWAYS, but there is the dark haired girl that is also a mangager who is ALWAYS rude! I understand if it's busy, but more often than not, there are more employees behind the counter doing nothing, than there is people that are needing to be greeted and taken care of. I have stopped going in more and more, because of this, there's just no customer service accountability anymore in this place. I hope you guys address this and fix it soon, or I I'm sure I won't be the only one not spending money...
Read moreordered a Rollo McFlurry.... for the second time in 3 orders at a Hollowicki Enterprises McDonalds ( 1. Main St and 2. Hilliard Rome rd /Trabue) they did not put the carmel in the product... Let's see, 3 ingredients: ice cream product, chocolate bit and CARMEL make a Rollo McFlurry and the brainless employees of Hollowicki Enterprises can't remember to put all three in the product....... Maybe Hollowicki Enterprises tells them not to put it in so they can have less product cost in what they sell????? Or maybe Hollowicki Enterprises hires really stupid employees that can't remember what to put in a product to make it properly........ it might explain why the Main St location in Hilliard has a sign posted that says " NO CASH REFUNDS... WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT" ...... seriously bad when you have to post a warning sign that says that they consistently mess up orders and rather than improve their initial effort AND DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, they will waste more time ( of the employees, which costs money) and more product ( which also costs money) and maybe do it right the second or third time. Read moreIncredibly disappointing meals. I have McDonalds, maybe once or twice a month give or take. I alternate between this one and the one on Cemetery Rd. At this point I'm ashamed that I even give this one a chance anymore. This McDonalds has NEVER made their fries properly they will literally hand you a stale, half-full carton, before they even think to make new. I've had it, you serve fries with every meal, pay some attention to how long they are sitting. On top of that, fill the carton up more than half way. I paid for a large, and I'm barely getting a small. Without a shadow of a doubt by the time I get half way through what little fries I have they always turn into inedible cardboard that I wouldn't even feed my dog. Firstly, as a person who manages people, the quality of work you put into taking care of your customers needs is atrocious and you should all be replaced. Secondly, as a consumer paying for a service, I will not be coming back to this McDonalds...
