This place is it - the ambiance, the instrumental music playing in the background, the poetry books, the cozy European café reminiscent feeling, the top-notch service, the presentation, and holistic experience is unmatched! And I haven't even mentioned the drinks yet!!! I'm a coffee connoisseur, and I know my espresso and lattes. They make their espressos from Italian espresso (Prendi - all the way) grounds, which is, imho, the only way to do it. This place beats any corporate coffee shop all day. The espressos are unbelievable. The lattes (I've tried them all, haha) are the best. If you haven't tried the Pistachio Latte, you're just an ignorant fool imo haha - believe me, the Pistachio Latte is exquisite! I've tried many from all around, but this place does it right. Omg, I'm almost teary-eyed writing this lol. They also have Turkish coffee which is a no-brainer. Who doesn't like drinking Turkish coffee in petite royal cups? The whole experience is just amazing. The Turkish coffee itself is splendid. Not too strong but just right, remember, I'm a coffee connoisseur! I tried the Kunafa and Halawat here and it was the first time I ever tried something so unique. I fell in love with the Halawat - sweet cheese and cream, what's not to love in it lol? The Turkish delights are just incredible..great portion size and immaculate execution on the taste. The chocolate is my favorite. The Turkish delights pair very well with the lattes. The perfect balance of sweet and deliciousness (is that a word lol). Stop judging me for my weight, I enjoy eating and drinking, the small pleasures of life - and I have a gym membership Ha! But seriously, this place does it right. They have great service - the owner is a young dude who enjoys what he does and ensures all his customers are content. He pours his heart in his café and you could easily see so in the presentation and taste of every single product offered. You really need to stop by here, and you can thank me later. I could almost guarantee that you will love this café and it will be your go-to place as it has become mine. Please feel free to email your...

At some point I was craving some Turkish delights and with a not very pleasant experience before, I had my doubts about this new place called âAghati houseâ .. but decided to give it a try. Came to the place with my wife and the moment we entered I was fascinated by the warm welcoming and great atmosphere and hospitality. EHAB âthe ownerâ Is one of the most genuine people you could ever meet .. He made me feel home, like real home .. you know that when you miss the feeling of being surrounded by hundreds of friends and family members and all of a sudden you are totally alone .. this guyâs smile makes you feel like he is your brother or a very good friend. We recently had the pleasure of dining at Aghati House in Harwood Heights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We ordered a variety of dishesâa burger, shrimp platter, crĂȘpes, and homemade gelatoâand every item exceeded our expectations.
The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. You could tell it was made with care and quality ingredients. The shrimp platter was fresh and well-seasoned, offering just the right balance of flavors. The crĂȘpes were delicate and delicious, and the homemade gelato was the perfect sweet finish to our mealâsmooth, creamy, and clearly made in-house with love.
The portions were spot onânot too big, not too smallâand everything was beautifully presented. Knowing the cook is from Turkey added a special touch to the experience; thereâs an attention to flavor and detail that reflects real culinary passion.
On top of that, the wait staff was amazingâfriendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It's clear that Aghati House takes pride in both their food and their service.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone...
