Suparossa Carryout & Delivery — Restaurant in Norwood Park Township

Love the location on Central I've been ordering Fein there for 9 years, pizza is almost always perfect, with generous amounts of cheese and sauce, and always arrives hot!

This location on the other hand has been inconsistent and predominantly awful. Ordered a football pizza at 6:30, arrived at 7:20, the pizza was burned and the crust tasted like bitter saltines and it was lukewarm. Called back to complain, was told if I wanted another pizza delivered tonight I would have to wait 60-80 minutes, wow!

I asked why there was twice the wait, and the manager smugly replied that they had other deliveries and that I wasnt their only customer tonight. I agreed to wait, and a whole 2 hours later, the driver showed up, said I couldn't get the new pizza if I didn't return the old one, so I got the old one out of the trash and gave it to him.

When we sat down, the pizza was nearly half the size of the first pizza, it hadnt been cut into slices, and the cheese, toppings and sauce were scarce.

This location deservedly lost my business, I will never order from here again, and I'll be taking my business to the central location and picking it up myself.

Food is awesome its the only place we will order from but they must of changed staff because i dont recognize any of the people on the phone and its a whole different experience. I don't get the same quality of customer assistance. Last few times of ordering it almost makes me not wanna call but i love their food! Just something about the way they like they dont have time to take my order as if im bothering them. And they keep asking how much tip i wanna add to the credit card and i dont like adding it before i receive my food. Never asked that before. I always always tip, i work in a food delivery place i know u dont ever ask that! Yes i will always tip but i find it very rude to ask that..you never ask that. Tipping is an option not something u have to do. I would hope most ppl tip but you do not have to..again i love love their food but something with the customer service is off. They also didnt wanna add the 5$ off of 40 and told me i could only do 3$ off, right now im waiting for my food to check reciept but i an almost positive i could have uses the 5$ off. She was acting very strange when asking for my total as if she was telling me a total of 41$ just enough...

I don't have a complaint about the pizza, it is good but their customer service not so much. If you place an order for delivery and Rose (if that was her name) takes your order, make sure she repeat it twice to you, spend over $70 to receive an incorrect order. I call them right back, she try to fix the order, but was incorrect again. I asked for a manager, "she was busy" I was told she will call me back and after over 1 hour of waiting I decided to call again, I got nothing but attitude from "Rose" and still no manager. Suparossa staff needs to be retrained on how to provide a good CS. I will recommend this place for the food but not for their...
