Plenty of dining room to work with. Fountain soda machine is a good deal. (Order regular drink and refill at no charge) The food is very good. Beef, sausage, pizza, and even the burgers are real good. Fries are ok. Meaning that they're not the best fries yet they're not the kind that you'd throw out without eating. I found that you're better off in the drive thru opposed to the dining room. Orders are spot on when you're in your car (which is a great thing), however, the dining room must have the newer employees. 2 of the 3 orders were wrong !! Both were cheeseburgers. 1 had no ketchup and the other had no tomato. We were served 1 with no cheese and included tomato. The other had EVERYTHING ! Um, ya done messed up A- Aron.... The one that had everything on it was mine and I just ate it because I WAS FRIGGIN HUNGRY. The other was sent back. When it got back, they obviously just pulled the tomato off. The kicker was that the burger wasn't warm anymore so, when they put they cheese on, it was cold and not melted. My 17 year old son was starving by this point so he just said, Screw it ! He ate it. So, not the worst experience but my goodness is reading and following orders that tough? I guess so !!! Well, I think the way to solve the problem is to take a couple bucks off the employee's check for not checking they're work and maybe MAKE them eat the wrong meals so they can see what it's like to pay money and not get what you want. Just a thought...

There are certain criteria that I use when it comes to an Italian beef sandwich. While taste is important, it's pretty hard to screw up the taste of an Italian beef sandwich. My criteria is the the meat to bread ratio. Buona Beef has an excellent meat to bread ratio when it comes to their Italian beef sandwich.

The sandwiches come in three sizes 4,7, and 9 inches. A size for any appetite. My go to sandwich is the beef and sausage combination. Any size that I order, the sausage size matches the size of the bread as it should. The sandwiches are very tasty. Although my favorite is the combo. I've also tried the Italian beef sandwich. The meatball sandwich. And the hamburger. To which my only gripe is that the meatball sandwich is too salty for my taste.

Service is quick and efficient at this location. Although I had a couple of mishaps, ordered a combo sandwich a few times and only received a beef sandwich. The matter was quickly taken care of by the manager and was issued a free sandwich on my next visit.

The dining area is clean and well maintained. This particular location has a outdoor dining patio as well. The parking lot is a bit small and is split in half by the drive thru lane. I find it easier to park on Lawrence Ave or Odell Ave.

Oh yeah, they also serve BEER!!

Ordered online for 4:30pm pick up. Pulled up to the drive thru around 4:45. As I pulled to the window female employee tells me it'll be a few more minutes. No problem. Few more minutes later same female employee brings me my order. As usual I check to see if my order has been fulfilled but unfortunately it has NOT. I immediately go inside and wait a few more minutes until Veronica the manager approaches me and I hand her the bag I was given. Without looking THOROUGHLY she says the "missing item" is in the bag but unclear she makes a "loud" statement towards me saying she's trying to figure out what's missing. I asked why I'm getting an attitude when I'm just trying to get my order right. An altercation breaks out with another customer and myself about how Veronica is handling my order. After another few more minutes my order is complete and she apologizes and offers a refund for the inconvenience. Honestly I didn't want the money back I simply just wanted what I paid for. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER. And I will make sure the BBB and the public knows how this location...
