Angilo's Pizza — Restaurant in Norwood

I am a first and LAST time customer. I saw a partial menu online so I decided to call and place an order. I asked a couple of questions to specify what they do and do not make & how they make it. (So that I could get everything the way I wanted it). The guy on the phone was very short and condescending as if the questions were self explanatory. They weren’t. I was told my food would arrive in 45 minutes (it came in less than that) which was the ONLY good thing about the service. When my food finally came I realized there were NO pickles on my sandwich .. I asked for LIGHT mayo .. the mayo was excessive. I also had an order of chili cheese fries. The fries had the consistency of fries that sat in the open too long as if my order sat for a while before being delivered. I called back to explain the issue and as soon as the guy realized I was going to complain he sighed and put me on an unnecessary hold. He then came back to the phone and cut me off multiple times refusing to even hear me out. He threw it in my face that he “answered a bunch of my questions” as if he did me a favor. If I’m paying for something it should be exactly what I paid for!!! If you mess up someone’s food just apologize and fix it don’t argue. People make mistakes but don’t be rude to your customers when you do. You wouldn’t be open if we didn’t give you business. Treat every order as if it’s...

Normally this is a favorite spot of the family .. HOWEVER that quickly changed tonight due to a Saturday night employee/‘cook’ A family member faithful to your restaurant came into town to see his family , for first time in long time, for the holidays. His order was missing ingredients and he nicely called on his speaker phone to tell them the issue. The cook actually argued it was correct (even though it was far from right from how we ordered) and then proceeded to cuss my family member out while whole family and kids are hearing him! The guy is home for a very short time for the holidays and was trying to treat everyone to a holiday meal and then is cussed out, belittled and talked to WAY out of line in front of family and children. Then cook proceeded to say call the manager and hung up on him! The event was truly appalling, embarrassing, unprofessional and WAY WAY out of line!! Something needs to be done!! I will not allow this to happen to family during holidays or any other time! No resolution given, no apologies.. we get cussed for YOUR mistake?? Try again! Hope management resolves this...

Tried this place tonight while at Northwood cider. When I asked for an additional sauce, the person taking orders snarkily answered he’d have to charge me. K…when pizza shows up, they had the audacity to charge me 1.25 for 1oz of not even homemade bbq sauce, but a pack of low level bbq sauce you’d get at McDonald’s or Wendy’s. I have my own small food truck, so I get charging extra for additional sauce, but what I was charged and what I got was disrespectful. To add, it didn’t help the nasty frozen wings and the pizza was subpar. I mean, the wing meat was like meat that cooked, frozen, thawed and reheated, and then frozen and then thawed and reheated again. And I got 2 pizzas, one of which I asked for well done. Thank God I asked because that made it just actually cooked. The other was not even cooked and was a wet, sloppy, goopy soggy mess. Again, as someone in the industry who gets it, I’m furious I wasted my hard earned money on this low level food. But I’m mostly mad at their audacity. Will never eat here again. Shoot, the Wendy’s right there...
