So I realized that I hadn't reviewed this place when I went there 10 years ago so I did so now (lots of good places to go in Norwood and this one is on the pricier side) When I went 10 years ago the steak tips were the best I've ever had, now they were just good. Everyone loved their dishes especially the clam chowder, however the fried pickles or the spinach artichoke dish weren't perfect. They were good, just not ones where I would say to someone you have to get them. Nice quiet atmosphere, plenty of parking with their own lot and a separate room for functions. Service was great and brought me a refill without having to call the waitress over and even remembered no ice I ask for which at many places is just ignored. It used to be a 5 star place for me, now it's a 4 star. Still a recommended place to go, just not the steak tips it used to have Update: (response to the owner comment that I don't know how else to respond to). What is needed is to start having the old steak tips again. I had read comments from people on next door that the steak tips here were not as good as they used to be, so whatever they changed, they need to change back. Also the fried pickles tasted as though they hadn't been dried enough before frying. They were good but not perfect.

Conrad’s Norwood is a gem worth discovering! From the moment we stepped in, the spotless scent and warm greeting set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The friendly hostess welcomed us, offering a choice of seating, while Kristy, our attentive server, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Starting with their seafood chowder served in a delectable bread bowl, brimming with generous chunks of seafood, it was evident that Conrad’s spares no expense in quality. The flavors were perfectly balanced, showcasing a dedication to culinary excellence rarely found elsewhere. For the main course, the Captain’s Platter and seafood risotto further impressed, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly seasoned. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I appreciate restaurants that take pride in their craft, and Conrad’s Norwood undoubtedly earns my seal of approval. Whether you’re a seafood aficionado or simply in search of a memorable dining experience, Conrad’s Norwood is a must-visit destination.

Not to be dramatic but Conrad’s steak tip dinner (with fries and coleslaw, slaw is also to die for) is my life blood. There is only ONE improvement that could possibly be made to one of my all time fave restaurants — I am BEGGING y’all to add the soft pretzel/cheese app that appears from time to time on the specials menu, to the permanent menu. Soft pretzel/cheese are a staple app for me and yours are EASILY the best around! My cousin and I each go our own when we went most recently 🤭 absolutely delectable!! Love you Connie’s <3

I was at a business meeting one night that was catered with food. Usually these type of events I just eat because its free but not this time! I had to take a plate home because I could not believe how good it was! Most of my to go plate was the steak tips which of course over a week later had me craving more. Well a few weekends after when passing by with the family (I live 30 mins away) I stopped by and treated them to lunch! The waitress was AWESOME and attentive especially at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon when it wasnt that busy and a lot of others were just hanging around chatting. I usually see the opposite in this situation and the waitress disappear and forget about us. Anyway, back to the food. Started off with potato skins and calimari. I think the calimari may have been frozen which was unfortunate yet I hav had worse and then the potato skins which were legit a potato cut in half portion size was delicious. Entrees came and I was happily surprised. Of course the steak tips are thee best steak tips in MA. I have been on a personal journey to find the best and so far Conrad;s gets the trophy. The rest of the table ordered chicken parm and pasta which I was jealous I did not order and came in a massive portion, kids chicken tenders and fries which was general and kids cheese pizza which was bigger than a Dominos medium pizza! Even though I came for the steak I switched it up and tried the fried haddock and shrimp with mashed and rice pilaf. I was disappointed with the sides which were pretty bland but the haddock was massive and seemed pretty fresh. At first I was disappointed I only got three shrimp but actually eatting them they were definitely Jumbo size! I also got the mixed drink Emerland City (I think) was was absolutely amazing! Feeding a party of five with two appetites was only $80! I wish I lived closer because this place is a GEM! If the sides had more flavor and the calamari didnt seem frozen, they would have gotten a perfect five but this is wihtout doubt at the...

I want to first start by saying I actually love your establishment. But today, I was not pleased with our experience. My daughter and I came for lunch, though I'm still healing from an eye surgery. We ordered simple things like a pretzel and chicken tenders.etc. we have multiple allergies so we asked for no sauces. The pretzel was plain as asked for but very buttery. We asked if it could be cooked without butter. We receive our tenders which came with honey mustard. My daughter asked for a redo because sauce spilled out onto food. We then say we have allergies. The manager comes over to our table and she is questioning us with a raised voice as if we were lying. She then proceeds to say " which is it because you said dairy now its cheese" We tell her both. Then she speaks about the mustard, my daughter says I can't eat mustard or seeds. Manager then again is talking in a way that I interjected. Who in the world does she think she is coming to my table, and talking at us the way she did. We are the only African Americans in there and it was not appropriate. I not some hooligan. She left the table, I then went to her where she was behind the bar. I tried to get her to see her fault and she said she did nothing wrong. As i turned to leave, she made a comment like oh well. We canceled my daughter's food, paid the bill, and I asked for her supervisor and did not get a response so we left. Please understand that it is already hard enough to be able to eat outside of our home. I do not need to lie about anything nor do I owe that woman an explanation. Be concerned but Do Not talk to me and question me with the demeanor or approach that I experienced again. Please know that my server was excellent and understanding. For that I am appreciative.

God...

Long time customer … on 3/272022 my husband and I went to your establishment for a late lunch early dinner. My martini was made wrong but the bartender was available offered a new drink but I was ok . We ordered a serving of boneless Buffalo ( delicious) but our large pizza was wrong . It was suppose to be 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepper onion and it arrived 1/2 Pepperoni& Onion. Ugh. Then my husbands 2 drinks arrived sooo late. We were ready to leave wanting our bill .. it took 3 people not our waitress to finally bring it to us! Then the male waiter was rude and condescending and proceeded to apologize. Damage done. We paid our bill and 18% tip( bc times are hard).. we also gave one of the bus girls .. IMO your best employee $10.00 for being a hard worker and I heard her male manager being a jerk to her for no reason!!! That’s upsetting since she was not on her phone and working sooo hard! I wanted to email your establishment without making this public but unfortunately this was the only option We will not be back along with any other family members . Customer services was awful. So very sad.. we have used your establishment for big private events in the past. Times are tough but when your team is not performing even at the lowest level it’s hard to support your...
